Lucas had always been a person without hope for his life, ever since he was a child. This only grew after the person he loved most died, and he realized that justice had abandoned him. The specters stole the Primordial Life, the world's magic was gone, and only a few could still use it. After waking up, following a conversation with his friend and wondering if the gods truly exist, he feels an abnormal urge within himself, being one of the last bearers of magic.

Primordial Shadows

In front of me was my former master. The woman I admired the most, who was my role model. After years of not knowing anything about her, not even knowing if she was still alive, now she stands right in front of me. 


The feeling of finding someone I thought I would never see again is overwhelming. I want to ask what happened to her, why she is with Éder, why she left Ecrom. There are so many questions that I can hardly decide what to say first. 


"You must be very confused, Serenna. I didn't want to meet anyone right now; it's a shame that not everything goes the way we want." 


She finishes speaking, and I can feel, deep in her voice, that there is sadness and frustration, as if she is carrying a hidden burden. 


Even though I want to know many other things, the most important one is the reason she is with the boy. I can't let my heart speak louder than my reason.
