Elijah and Cassandra walked inside the five star boutique. It was a tall building with magnificent exteriors. The interiors were no less. She had told Elijah she didn't need clothes, but he didn't listen to her and insisted on getting her clothes for the date. Cassandra only blushed and gave up.
"Thank you, again." She muttered as they entered inside the elevator, going up to the second fifth floor.
"I haven't even bought anything and you're thanking me." He chuckled and leaned his back on the elevator wall. "My mother owns this place." He said to her.
"It's a beautiful boutique." She complimented, turning to face him. His lazy posture as he leaned back dressed in all gray made her face heat up.
"But it's mine now, though. My mother is dead."
Cassandra blinked out of the reverie of appreciating his handsomeness. "I'm so sorry." She muttered as she bit her lips. Her parents were still alive and well even though she felt like she didn't have any parents.
"It's alright, she died a long time ago." He sighed and leaned off the wall in time the elevator's door opened. He held her hand absentmindedly which stunned Cassandra and made her blush. "Let's go." He said and she nodded, biting her lips.
It felt nice holding this man, Cassandra thought. She didn't know why he held her and she didn't also know why she hadn't pulled her hand away. She loved the feeling of her soft hand against his hard ones, it wasn't so hard though. They came into a space where only female clothes were.
Cassandra gasped at how beautiful the dresses were. She left Elijah's hands and walked to the dress in hangers and in rows. She walked through them, her hands touching every single material she came by.
"It's my boutique, take anything you like." He told her before he sat with his legs open and his eyes on her. Two attendees came into the room and bowed at Elijah before noticing Cassandra and bowing at her too.
"What would you like, Mr Elijah?" One of the attendees asked Elijah while the other approached Cassandra.
"Let's try dresses on her." He looked at Cassandra and smiled. She was smiling at the attendee as the latter showed and talked about a few clothes.
The other attendee approached them and told them what Elijah had requested. Inside the dressing room, Cassandra's heartbeat raced as she looked at the mirror. She was dressed in a long sleeved nude coloured gown that hugged her body, stopping below her knees. The dress showed her hourglass figure that she hid from the world under that blue and black uniform. She patted her chest and turned to the attendee who smiled at her.
"This one is beautiful. He's going to like it." She helped Cassandra walk out of the dressing room and into the clothe room to stand before Elijah.
Elijah's gaze trailed down Cassandra's face to her body. She had a very maddening figure. Her body shape could send men straight into a hard-on. Elijah blushed at his own thoughts before covering his lips with the back of his palm. The design of the dress was beautiful and he liked this one. "We'll take this one, let her try on more."
Cassandra and the attendees did as asked. She tried on a few clothes and showed him. If it was good on her, he would ask the attendee to pack it up while she tried more, if it wasn't good, he'd tell her it wasn't.
Cassandra walked out of the dressing room, in a dress that had a V-neck and was show-back. She swayed her hips to stand before him while she held another colour of the same design in her hand. "I didn't know which one to go with. Which fits me better?" She asked him.
Elijah squinted his eyes, "Uhm..." He swallowed as unnoticeable sweat trickled down his forehead. "It's the..."
"Hm? The red one? I feel like the red one fits my skin colour better." She then raised the green one in her hand. "The green one is beautiful aswell but we'll go with the red, do you agree?" She looked up at him as her eyes sparkled.
"Yes, the red one is beautiful on you, Cass." He purred out her name and rested his head atop the chair. She had almost caught on...
Elijah and Cassandra left the boutique with so many shopping bags in their hands. "I think we bought a lot." She chuckled as she looked up at him, he was facing forward.
"You can thank me now." He looked at her as his lips curled up before he turned back to face forward.
Cassandra laughed at his words, watching him open the car's boot with the key. They put the shopping bags there and entered inside the car. Cassandra put on her seatbelt, as they had crossed policemen checkpoint, but Elijah didn't.
She opened her phone and it was few minutes to seven. They had spent and hour and more, shopping for dresses. "Thank you for the dresses. They're beautiful." She told him before he started the car.
"You're most welcome, Cass." He said and started the car. "Did you have lunch?" He asked her and she shook her head with a no.
Elijah drove to The Garden of Eat'n and Cassandra widened her eyes. "This is my workplace." She bit her lips as she muttered. She was already late to work and she hadn't expected Elijah to pull up here.
"We're here to eat, not to work. Don't worry, your boss is my friend." Blatant lie.
Elijah and Cassandra alighted the car and climbed up the stairs. They reached the automatic doors when it opened for someone inside, coming out. "Oh..." Cassandra blinked when she saw Zayn, her boss. "Good evening, Mr Zayn."
Zayn was surprised to see Cassandra, he had thought she'd perhaps be serving inside. He noticed the man standing beside her and his eyes narrowed at Elijah. What was Elijah doing with this woman and why did they look so intimate...? He asked himself then smirked. "You're here, Cassandra." He turned and spoke to Cassandra before he shifted his eyes to Elijah. "This man... Is he your lover?"
Before Cassandra could speak, Elijah spoke first
. "Mm, I'm her lover, so move out of the damn way, Zayn."
