Tentacles

Ronald ran ahead of everyone because of that he collided with a ship container as he couldn't really see well despite having a torch light in his hand while running.

At first a few workers did surpass him and leave him behind in track but those nightmarish creatures came and ate them alive.

Ronald keeps running without looking back whether his friends are behind him or those monsters, he doesn't care he just wants to get out of here alive.

From time to time he would hear people blood curdling scream or some screaming out loud asking for help or some just screaming out loud begging those who are near them to kill them before this monster could get to them.

Running inside the darkness is really hard. After running for a few minutes Roland lost his sense of direction, he didn't know whether he was running straight, left or right.

Even though he accepts that he isn't a good person but he still doesn't deserve fate like this, yesterday he promised his son that he will be back for his turning 10 year old birthday party today's birthday party.

For the past few years he missed his son's birthday celebration as he was busy with work but he promised to be home early today and spend the whole day with him.

After running for while Ronald and met a new group of five people from their clothes they seem to be gang members they're running in opposite directions then him, these gangsters are carrying heavy guns with them and both parties have quick conversation.

"You are being chased by those dark monsters?" Ronald asked gang members even though in normal time he wouldn't even look at them and just do his work but that's not the case anymore.

"Yes, what about you?" One of the gang members replied to his question.

"I saw five of those monsters behind me while running." Ronald truth fully said as it wasn't time to lie about anything.

"Is it one that walks or the one that flies?" Behind these five new ones emerge from his clothing he also seems to be searching port workers.

"What do you mean by flying?" Ronald had a hard time getting over the fact there's a monster on land now, someone telling him there's a flying monster exists too. The gangster got his answer as Ronald hadn't seen one yet.

"We don't have time for chit chatting, move your legs quickly." Gangsters start to run, Ronald and other sea port workers start to run behind them.

"I never saw you before here." Ronald asked the worker as he had been working here for years but never saw this young man before.

"I'm Mike, it's only been a week since I started working here, I operate a port gantry crane."

"Is there really a flying monster like they said?" Ronald asked as he could think of anything else after hearing that.

"Yes, there's really one we don't know what it looks like we only saw huge tentacles pulling people up from ground or just straight up devoured them from opening its mouth on tentacles." Mike said with fear in his voice he was still getting flashbacks of how all those people died, it was straight out of horror movies.

As they were running straight in opposite directions Ronald realized they were running towards the same place he was before with his colleagues taking out drugs from container cargo before this all started.

"Wait, we are running towards the same place as I was before and not far from here is where we encounter first that skin-mouth monster." Ronald said while stopping in his tracks.

"Monster might still be there." Ronald said that as he was really afraid to face that one cause it looks different from one he saw afterwards.

One of the gangsters turned around with fear and displeasure in eyes, "Say one more word and I will explode your brain with my gun."

They were all agitated by their current situation after all no matter which way they go there's death waiting for them,as they were running they suddenly felt a gust of wind behind their backs except for Ronald everyone else gets what's about to happen.

They all start to run faster even though Ronald warned them that the chances of encountering a monster here is high, soon the sound of wings flapping enter in their ear, whatever that is flying it's getting closer.

As the sound of wings flapping gets closer one of the gangsters turns around and starts firing his machine gun in the air, hearing the sound of a machine gun a few roaming monsters start to run in on their location.

Ronald turned on his torch light to see what's flying above them but he couldn't see anything as the sound of gunfire sure to attract unwanted attention, Mike and other gangsters turned on their torch light and started to run in front just in case if they saw any of those creatures they could shoot them down.

Gun fire can't kill them but it could still delay them from chasing after them, soon one of those monsters stood In front of them. It was bigger than one that killed Brandon and thus one doesn't look sickly at all but it has the same big belly as pregnant women that means it ate someone.

Monsters notice their presence and let out creepy creaking door evil laughing sounds from its mouth all over the skin and jump into the air towards them.

Just as the gangster saw the monster they started their gun fire but this one wasn't affected by bullets at all. Its skin was like strong metal.

Just as the monster landed in the center of their group, it suddenly got caught by a huge tentacle and dragged into the air.

Ronald, Mike and the gangster look at how the monster just disappeared in air as if it never existed in the first place, they all aim the gun at above them and start to fire at where those tentacles came from.

As they fired more tentacles with their guns and more tentacles to catch them, the gangster fired the bullets at tentacles.

These tentacles are as thick as grown man thighs 24 inch to 26 inch and as long as 2 to 3 storey building, its tentacles are like elephant trunks strong and really long.

As the monster's body and tentacles were getting hit by bullets, it became furious and started to thrash the ship's container cargo terminal.

As monster thrash container cargo terminal, it blocks the path for running on road with fallen containers behind them now they can keep running forward and can't turn back and if they do they will only find dead end and death.

One Tentacles caught one of the gangsters, it coiled the tentacles around the gangster body from leg to head and right in front of their eyes, tentacles started to squeeze his body, the sound of bones breaking from his body heard everyone there. They opened gun fire at the tentacles but the tentacles still didn't let go of the gangster it caught.

He screamed out really loudly in pain, tentacles continued to tighten the coils and the sound of a hoarse blood curdling scream and sound of his ribs, skull and all the bones in his body became one.

As they focused on firing bullets at tentacles that caught their friend, they didn't pay attention to their behind leaving their back exposed to danger.

One of those monster who walks on ground came and open its mouth from its head to torso, it skin opened like wide spread flowers with sharps fangs in it, it jumps in the air straight to the man because he was shooting at tentacles, he didn't saw the monster nor that he could see one in dark.

The man's back is completely exposed and unguarded because he didn't even realize that the monster was behind him. The monster caught him inside its skin, penetrating its sharp fangs inside the man's body.

As fangs penetrate deep inside his flesh, blood starts to flow from his wounds in just a few seconds his body gets painted in red with his own blood, his skin starts ripped off from him stretched to the extent that it starts to tear apart.

He screamed out loudly but he didn't get the help as others were defending themselves or just straight up ran away abandoning him to death.

One of the tentacles came from behind it opened its skin on tentacles as wide as it could and one swipe caught the remaining gang member inside and with other tentacles it caught another monster who was eating the man it caught. This tentacled monster not just eats humans but also the other monster.

Now, only Ronald, Mike and one gangster remain alive. They ran as fast as they could from that tentacle monster. Mike and Ronald took the gun from the gang member that dropped it on the ground after getting eaten alive.

They could still hear their blood curdling scream half way through but it suddenly died down after that. Maybe they are finally dead. That's why they couldn't hear their scream.

Sound of gunfire is still coming from all around them, everyone is fighting for their survival in this cursed place.
