Not Convinced

[Chapter 106]

At this moment, Julie clearly saw the murderous intent in David's eyes.

But she didn't dodge.

Instead, she held her head high to expose her slender neck and faced him provocatively.

If putting up with David's anger was the only way for Julie to be free, she would.

The wind whooshed through, approaching Julie.

She could only close her eyes tightly and wait for the pain to come to her.

But when David's hands were about to reach her delicate skin, he paused.

She held her breath, waiting for what would happen next.

Then, he fiercely slammed his hands against the wall behind her.

Julie felt like her ears buzzed.

It was such a tremendous noise.

One could imagine how much force he had used.

Julie opened her eyes, only to see David's finely chiseled features just inches away.

His knuckles were covered with blood, but he held her shoulders tightly to prevent her from moving.
