"These are all the members of the organization you were talking about? You had only two more members before you started looking for us to join ?" Guren snorted seeing only Karin and Sasuke beside Shika in the so-called Organization he asked them to join.

"Yeah, and I know what you are thinking. I'm not joking with anyone here. I intend to do everything I promised that I would do. So, don't judge…" Shika ruffles his hair, looking a little sheepish, wondering whether every leader had to go through this kind of phase.

He is not even cut out for the leader's position, he rather be the side character in this regard. But who made him isekai… he had no other option but to go through this all.

"Who are they? How come you just suddenly bring all these people here. What going on ?" Karin who was looking a little too happy for her good asked with confusion.

Shika and the other looked at her with a little strange looks, all her clothes were new and she had her hair styled which looked expensive.

Not to mention the few ornaments she was trying to hide under her bangs. She definitely didn't use the funds provided to her only on rations.

That fancy looking hairpin certainly didn't look like a necessity to Shika. However, he refrains from saying anything at this time. This wasn't the time.

Though they did not lack money right now, he's even surprised that he could think that way at all in this lifetime but that was true, still, he had to make sure that he knew how the funds were being utilized behind his back.

"Yeah, they are the new members of the Organisation." Shika replied calmly though he didn't shy away from giving her a look, which reassured her that they would be talking later on when he was done here.

"Only eight of us. This is how you plan to bring change to the Ninja world. Are you kidding me ?" Guren asked not interested in the dynamics between both Shika and Karin, though maybe that wasn't the case seeing how she was glancing at Karin's nicely done hair and new clothes.

Girls are the same no matter where, much like Boys.

"Eight people are certainly not enough, however, everything needs to start from somewhere. I don't expect you all to understand or see things from my perspective immediately. However, if you decide to stay then you will learn why I have decided to create the organization and how only eight of us could bring a real-life change." Shika replied, still calm and smiling.

"Hm… who needs numbers if you are strong. As long as you are strong, numbers don't matter. Let alone eight, even one person is enough to change everything as long as he is strong…." Sasuke spoke out from the side.

'Why I feel that he is talking with experience there…." Shika had his lips twitching. A certain bro-con big brother with suicidal tendencies coming to his mind.

"Yes, numbers certainly don't matter, if he wanted numbers then there were many other prisoners in the cells than just us." Suddenly Kimimaro spoke up. Shika internally gave a thumbs up at this to him.

"Oi oi, whose side are you, stop talking for this bastard." Suigetsu who was mostly avoiding the adult talk, thinking it was boring, finally spoke.

"I'm on no one side, I only spoke the truth, we all follow lord Orochimaru, willingly or unwillingly becuase he was strong." Kimimaro calmly responded.

His situation was the same no matter what. Whether it was Orochimaru Or Shika, he joined so that he could get his illness cured.

And though Shika didn't have any permanent cure on his hand for his illness, nor he had promised him to get him any. The fact that he could heal him to the point that he felt that that illness which almost killed him just yesterday wasn't even a thing anymore, he believed that Shika could really cure him.

"And who are you ?" Guren asked with narrowed eyes.

"Uchiha Sasuke…" Sasuke wasn't behind in glaring and intimidating others. His Sharingan came to live and he too glared at Guren.

"You are also from Konoha." Asked a pretty looking girl on the side, who actually wasn't one and Shika certainly wasn't planning on revealing this mystery, if not anything then for the future comedic relief…

"Cough… Let me first introduce everyone here… " Shika saw the first meeting wasn't going that well and coughed.

'How Nagato do this ?'

"This is Sasuke Uchiha and the girl here is Uzumaki Karin." Shika pointed at the two people sitting beside him and said.

"And these people here are the former prisoners and subordinates of Orochimaru and Zabuza." Shika pointed at the 5 people sitting opposite to them and said."

"We no longer had anything to do with him…" Guren snappped. She was the most outspoken of all.

"Yeah…

The chatty one with blue hair is Guren."

"Oi, don't address me that you know me, I will kill you…"

"The brat over there with white hair is Hozuki Suigetsu…"

"Bastard, what did you say…"

"The calm one there with white hair is Kayuga Kimimaro…"

Kimimaro just nodded his head.

"The pretty one is Haku."

Haku who didn't have any particular expression on his face had a twitch in his eyebrows hearing that. He was slowly getting used to Shika's antics, he had to say that the boy was strange. Wise one moment like he knows everything and childish to the brim the next.

And finally, the calm orange-haired man is Jugo. He usually doesn't like talking that much and could be very aggressive on certain occasions but otherwise, he is a good person…" Shika replied and Gugo on the side didn't respond to what he said at all.

He was the only person out of all who willingly came here and even decided to join Shika on the spot. He only had one request.

Stop him if he goes berserk and stop him from hurting anyone. Which Shika agree readily. He had many ways of doing that. Not to mention Jugo will play an important part in future in his plans so he needed Jugo more than anymore.

"Orochaimru's Subordinates." Sasuke glare intensified, but more than anything he was glaring at Shika, like asking him to explain what was going on.

"Zabuza Senpai… " Suigetsu might be the only one who was interested in Zabuza, he glanced at the pretty girl on the side with a calm look on her face.

'I thought Zabuza senpai died…' he muttered to himself, he was also from the hidden mist and a fan of Seven Swordsman of the Mist at that. Though what he was the real fan of were the swords themselves but he still knew and respected their wielders.

Suddenly upon hearing that the girl was under Zabuza, he had a hope that maybe he could find the Kobikiribocho.

"They were formerly working under Orochimaru and many didn't willingly join. Believe me, they are the people we need in our organization. They are strong and had a reason to work for someone better."

"No, we don't, last time I heard you were offering a good retirement plan. That's why I came." Suigetsu, ever ready to insert his legs in unwanted conversations strikes again.

"You are not included, out of all us, you are the only disposable one…" Guren smirked and said, triggering rows of insults from both sides.

"She said it, not me…" Shika just shrugged upon seeing how Suigetsu was looking at him.

"Anyway's back to the point, I lets explain the real reason behind why I plan to make this yet-to-be-named Organization and want all of you to join." Shika finally came to the main topic at hand.

This finally quietens all of them down. Everyone was interested in knowing the real reason, besides Karin and Sasuke of course.

"Soon an Organization by the name of Akatsuki will start making their move. They plan to capture all the Biju from all over the world and initiate a war on the level of the Great Ninja war." Shika said and stopped, looking for their reaction.

"Biju, are you kidding me? Do you even know what Biju or Jinchuriki are. They are…" Suigetsu was again about to speak but this time Shika stopped him.

"They are the pillar of strength for any ninja village, I know that. And yes, they will be making their move against this Biju or to be more accurate the JInchuriki of the village soon. To capture them." Shika said, gone his jovial attitude, now he was serious.

"Do you even know how hard it is to do what you are saying…" Guren wasn't in any Ninja Village but even she knew the difficulty of capturing a Biju or a Jinchuriki, let alone all nine of them.

"Akatsuki is an Organization made by S rank missing Nins, Like Sasori of the red sand, Kisame Hoshigaki from the hidden mist, Deidara from the hidden rock. And many more.

We are talking about an Organization that holds the power to completely eradicate an entire hidden ninja village if they go out. And that is just the members of Akatsuki.

The leader of that Organization, he can do the said task alone." Shika said with a grim tone.

"Kisame Senpai…" Even the nonchalant-looking Suigetsu was now a little serious. Becuase he knew the strongest among the seven swordsmen of the mist was Kisame Hoshigaki.

"And why would they want to do that, and why should we believe you. And even if that all were true, why should we care about it. They want to start a war, good for them." Guren retorted.

"I have some idea why they are doing that, but I can't say for sure, why should you care, well becuase if they succeed then they will hold power enough to completely eradicate all five hidden villages, getting complete control over the continent.

As for the war, think about yourself. I explained it like it would be like a Great Shinobi war, but that was only to explain the scale.

Shinobi wars don't last that long and certainly, a village won't completely go ahead to eradicate others due to his own losses.

But this organization would stop at nothing if they had that level of power, we are talking about a kind of war which can't be stopped at the negotiation table or due to the loss on all sides, it will bring a complete end to everything.

Millions will die, do you really think it's got nothing to do with you ?" Shika was serious, really serious when talking about this, and everyone fell silent.

If earlier they were taking this half-heartedly then now they understand the real weight of the Shika's words.

Even Sasuke and Karin were taken aback, only now they understand what really could happen, unlike Shika, they didn't think that far.

A grim expression appeared on all of their faces.
