Bright's eyes lit up upon hearing the news "That's me".

"Mr. John, your Bahamas View Villa property deed is ready for collection, When will you be available to pick it up from our end?"

"I'm on my way now" Bright responded.

After hanging up, Bright felt elated, it meant he would soon join the car and house owners league.

He activated the car's navigation, hit the gas and headed straight for the Bahamas View sales department.

Sales Representative Joy Jerry, ending the call, excitedly exclaimed," Mr. Martins, I just reached Mr. John!"

The news spread like wildfire among everyone present, stirring up a frenzy of excitement.

"The owner of Bahamas View Villa is here?" My gosh, the big spender is showing up!

"Is it the one who bought the top one for 600 million?"

As Bright's impending arrival buzzed through the sales department, everyone sprang into action. Especially the female sales reps, now plotting how to leave a lasting impression.

Suddenly, the manager, Mr. Martins, suited up, rushed out of the office sweating profusely.

"You reached Mr. John?" Where is he? When is he coming? Mr. Martins couldn't afford any slack.

Someone who could buy Bahamas View wasn't just rich, their influence and status mattered.

He had to greet them with utmost courtesy, he'd best secure a beneficial relationship with him and in this way, he could get himself a backup in the whole industry.

"Mr. Bright said he would be here to collect the property deed right away". Joy replied.

Mr. Martins nodded, then eyed everyone, saying "Be on your A game when dealing with Mr. John! Any slip ups while hosting Mr. John and I'll have a word!"

The sales team echoed in unison, excitement and nervousness written all over their faces.

Meanwhile, Mr. Martins was filled with anticipation. "Ever since the Bahamas View sale, he'd been curious about this Mr. John."
