Mr John bought the villa at Bahamas View as a fulfilment of his wish and graciously gifted a million dollar Jade Pendant as a token of gratitude.

Bright felt elated;not only did he secure a mansion and a luxury car but he also received a precious Jade pendant!

Next,was a series of property registration procedures, following that were the property signing procedures.

Once everything was sorted, Bright bid farewell, escorted by Mr. Martins and Joy.

The trio walked to the adjacent underground parking lot.

"Is this the limited edition Porsche 966?"

Once confirmed,Mr Martins eyes widened and he let out a slight sigh. He too was a car enthusiast and had seen this limited edition Porsche 966 in a magazine before.

Although he liked it,it was something that regular folks like them couldn't attain! Seeing the real deal today somewhat made up for his regret.

Bright opened the car door, placing the property deed and Jade pendant on the passenger seat.

Observing Bright's composed demeanor,Mr Martins grew even more respectful.

Bright's nonchalant attitude towards the luxury car only emphasized his immense wealth! Getting hold of the world's only piece of this luxury car wasn't just about having money.

Thinking this,Mr Martins was further convinced that Bright was from a distinguished family.

Bright offered a faint smile but didn't reply.

Knowing that Bright was about to leave, Mr Martins quickly cleared the way.

Bright waved the Jade pendant as a farewell gesture before driving off. Leaving the underground garage, Bright headed straight to the nearby villa area.

The Bahamas View Villa area was just two streets away from the sales building.

Upon reaching the entrance of the residential area, Bright stopped, taking out his property deed and drivers license for registration,after which the security guard allowed him to pass.

Following the road side signs, Bright swiftly arrived at his building's door.

Afterward,he parked his car in his own parking space and he entered the gate with the property deed and Jade pendant.

His number 1 villa stood in the central area of the villa's community. It occupied an area of more than 599 square meters.

Behind the villa ,there were dedicated features such as a fountain and a swimming pool solely for Bright's use, equipped with everything one could desire.
