Arturo ran around, solving one riddle after the other. Cedric had to admit that although some of them were easy, others were more cryptic and related to common knowledge in the world of Elaris. If Cedric entered this dungeon alone, he would have to bash his way through.
A low growl echoed throughout the dungeon as the ethereal monsters advanced toward them. Cedric took out his feather sword, letting it ripple in the air as his shadows rose.
"Come forth, Shade."
The cat manifested out of his shadow, flapping its wings in freedom to soar through the air. It did a few laps around them before landing in front of Cedric, staring at him in hatred.
"I know that I haven't been letting you out as much, but I can't risk anyone recognizing you. You are my trump card."
The Djinn Cat looked at him with an unimpressed expression before turning around to lick its wings. Cedric could feel his words having zero effect on it, but didn't know what to do.
