The priest’s voice was grim. "Because they defy the gods. They summon horrors that devour worlds. It is not just power—it is corruption given form."  

A student hesitated. "But could one not use that power for—"  

“Silence!” The priest’s eyes burned with fervor. “There is no redemption for a summoner. And now, they speak of the worst of them all—a Summoner of Shadows. A heretic who will plunge the world into eternal darkness. He is the epitome of evil, and when he rises, he will destroy us all.”

The Extra System: Summoner of Shadows

Underneath the ants who sought to bite him to death, Cedric felt his strength surge because of his physique. He turned his hand in a fist that shone with dangerous light before he slammed it to the ground.

The entire dungeon shook as a giant crater appeared underneath them. The impact sent the ants flying away from him, although some of them kept themselves attached to Cedric by biting him. They were less fortunate because Cedric grabbed their heads and slammed them to the ground.

Cedric grabbed the ants and crushed their necks or heads. His eyes saw red as blood covered his head. The rest of the ants rushed toward him, but Cedric kicked the ground and used his shadow to leap over them. His sword appeared in his hand, whipping to kill the ants.
