However, those beasts are not ordinary beasts. They are divine beings who once stood at the same level, if not higher, than the legendary creatures the world ever knew. 

Casting his gaze to the left, Nathan sees numerous summoners accompanied by the likes of demon kings, archangels, vampire progenitors, and other legendary beings. Turning to the right, a massive army of alien symbiotes is waiting to attack. 

There was no fear in his eyes, because standing on his left is a majestic wolf who managed to kill a god, the legendary eight-headed serpent coils on his right, above him is the bird who is glowing like the sun, and behind him is a dragon that once gnawed the roots of the world tree.

Meanwhile, Nathan ignored Flora and Melissa in the distance and just chose to trust Flora. In the end, she shouldn't be foolish enough to be influenced by Melissa.

Visiting his teacher was a much more important matter, considering he needed a lot of ena before he could go on the mission.

"Master." Nathan nodded to Vivian, who was monitoring the cloud-repelling device in the field.

"What's wrong? It's unusual for you to come to me."

Nathan smiled wryly. "Well, I actually have a question. I wonder if it's possible to absorb a warrior class core or not."

"Warrior class? Are you insane?" Vivian raised her eyebrows before grabbing Nathan's wrist as if she was trying to check something inside him. After a few seconds, Vivian shook her head. "No. It's impossible. You don't have the capability to absorb the cores."

"Is that so?" Nathan scratched the back of his head.
