Early the next morning.

Obito and Wakaho got up early to help Grandma with her chores.

By the time the sun clocked in for work, Grandma had already prepared rice balls for the three of them.

These rice balls were large, and for a normal person, two would be enough to fill them up.

"Big brother, does the Chūnin exam take many days? Why do you need to bring so many rice balls..." Obito asked in confusion while helping Wakaho pack.

"Normally, it takes about a week, and including the later stages of the exam, it might take ten days," Wakaho thought for a moment before answering.

Given the special circumstances, Konoha's Chūnin exams this time would be on a much smaller scale.

There would definitely be no joint exams, and all the participants would be Genin from Konoha.

Between the second and third stage of the exam, there was only a one-day rest period, as Orochimaru had mentioned before leaving.

"That long... Wait!" Obito's eyes widened. "Big brother, then the amount you're bringing definitely won't be enough. Take mine as well!"

"There's no need, Obito." Wakaho ruffled Obito's spiky hair.

Just to be safe, Wakaho indeed planned to speed through the exam.

And to prevent any unexpected situations, like clearly defeating an opponent but being evaluated as not having Chūnin-level strength, Wakaho actually intended to eliminate all his opponents directly in the second stage.

With no opponents left, wouldn't he automatically advance?

The location of the first exam was a bit out of the way.

Starting from the Uchiha clan's grounds, they had to cross almost the entire Konoha to reach the other side.

The exam venue was a building that looked like an abandoned factory, backed by a forest with a temporary sign in front.

Kakashi had passed the exam at age six.

Wakaho muttered as he walked into the venue.

He had originally planned to use the Transformation Technique to disguise himself as Orochimaru.

He could then just make up an excuse to send people away, saying the venue had changed or simply announcing their disqualification.

After all, with Orochimaru's current status, there weren't many in Konoha who would dare disobey him.

And even if he got caught, it wouldn't really matter since it wouldn't be against the rules...

But with so many Byakugan watching, Wakaho decided to scrap that idea.

Anyway, he still had Plan B.

Entering the classroom-like venue, Wakaho noticed the examiner was not there yet, and after scanning the room, he realized there were quite a few people.

Most of them were eleven or twelve years old, in their prime, probably fresh graduates.

But there were also some older men who looked to be around thirty, one with a bowl-cut, thick eyebrows, and large eyes...

"Whoa?" Wakaho's eyes twitched. "Isn't that Might Duy!"

What was this guy doing here?

Well, it made sense. As a perpetual Genin with a never-give-up attitude, repeatedly taking and failing the exam seemed like it would be right up his alley.

"A guy like this might just be a loyal ally for the Uchiha."
