"Maybe I should tweak Plan B a bit."
Wakaho casually found a seat and sat down, beginning to strategize in his mind.
Plan B: During the second stage of the exam, seize control of the exit and eliminate all the other candidates.
Might Duy would definitely resist, but he certainly wouldn't stand a chance against Wakaho's genjutsu.
After all, Might Duy didn't have a lifelong rival with a Sharingan.
However, the Eight Gates and various hard-hitting taijutsu techniques that Duy possessed were still quite valuable.
Once Wakaho becomes the clan leader, he could popularize these training methods within the Uchiha clan.
This would allow even those Uchiha with less innate talent to have some combat prowess.
"The Uchiha clan is truly fortunate to have a future clan leader like me," Wakaho thought to himself.
The examiner still hadn't appeared.
Gradually, the candidates became less restrained.
Since they were all Konoha ninja, many of them knew each other, and they began to chat amongst themselves, causing the exam venue to become increasingly noisy.
"Hey, Uchiha."
A young ninja approached Wakaho. "Why are you sitting here alone? Where's your team?"
"I don't need a team," Wakaho replied coolly.
The young ninja's expression immediately became odd.
"Hey, hey, hey... I thought you were the type who wouldn't grow much, but from your voice... how old are you?"
Wakaho gave him a glance, maintaining the icy demeanor of the Uchiha clan.
"None of your business."
"You little brat..." The young ninja was about to lose his temper when suddenly, a burly examiner walked in.
"Quiet down, all of you!"
The examiner's voice was rough and commanding, the kind that could make children cry.
The entire exam room instantly fell silent.
The burly examiner swept his fierce gaze across the room, pausing for a moment longer on Wakaho, seemingly surprised to see someone so young among the candidates.
"Now, the test papers will be handed out. You have ten minutes to complete the exam. The timer starts now!"
As soon as the words left his mouth, the entire exam hall erupted in shock.
"Ten minutes!?"
"It must be a speed test, right?"
"Damn it, this is nothing like the academy exams!"
Someone even turned to Might Duy for advice, "Duy-san, you've taken this exam so many times, do you have any relevant experience?"
"Well..." Might Duy scratched his head. "Sorry, I usually get eliminated in the first stage, so..."
"Crap."
Sitting near the front, Wakaho was one of the first to receive the test paper.
The contents of the test paper surprised him.
Apart from the section for personal information, the entire test paper was blank!
The other candidates quickly noticed this as well.
"There are no questions! How are we supposed to answer this?"
"Damn it, is this really the difficulty of the Chūnin exam?"
"Could the questions be hidden somewhere I'm overlooking?"
"I get it, this must be a genjutsu! Release! Huh? Let me try again, release!"
As the candidates descended into chaos, the examiner finally revealed a cruel smile.
"The exam began the moment you stepped into this room."
"This exam is a test of your information-gathering abilities!"
"You are limited to this room. Including me, gather all the information you can—names, blood types, ninjutsu specialties, and so on—and write them down on your test paper!"
"All of your data is with the examiners. You get one point for every correct piece of information and lose one point for every wrong one! Teams need a total score of over 20 points to qualify for the next stage!"
After explaining the rules, the examiner deliberately paused, glanced at his watch, and grinned.
"Now, you only have 8 minutes left..."
