Chapter 17: Wake up, Nora!

Austin took the initiative to call Nora in front of Aria. In a cold tone, he said, "Nora, if you have time, let's process the divorce paperwork."

Nora lay on the bed, sobbing in pain. Her face was pale, covered in cold sweat. She struggled to hold the phone, enduring the intense pain throughout her body. She whimpered, feeling like these words were pushing her into the depths of hell.

"Can you hear me?" Austin thought Nora was deliberately staying silent, and his tone became more severe. "Nora, our fate has come to an end. This time, I won't hesitate. Marriages end sooner or later. Why wait for ten months?'

Nora's voice was hoarse and weak. "Austin, can't you wait a bit?"

"What are you pretending for? Faking an illness when you're not sick? Don't make me think you're being pathetic. It only makes me more disgusted,' Austin taunted.
