Lonothan (II)

The little girl, who had seen her life flash before her eyes, broke the silence with an ear-piercing cry, her whole body trembling with fear.

"You... I almost died," she wailed, her mouth open in an ugly cry. "Why... why didn't you say you knew it, and you made me..."

Hitting her head on the ground, the girl cried out loudly, both from being grateful and from hating Kael for scaring her.

"Now I wonder what made you remain silent even after guessing my name," the demon Lonothan drawled, its claws scraping against the ashen walls.

Vander, who was fuming with anger, stepped forward. "Master! Master! He guessed it later... shouldn't he be killed?" More green liquid, now looking like venom, dripped from Vander's mouth like he was a feral animal.

Lonothan grinned, flying over to Vander. He used his serpent tail to pick him up and curled him.
