{Music Recommendation: In Silence ~ Janet Suhh}
With time slowly snailing in hell, it sped in Stormont, where Jacquelyn's stomach was now fully visible, like she would be pushing out her child in a few moons to come. Meanwhile, the trouble outside the gates of Morville Castle persisted.
The people of the kingdom who had gathered made a camp not far from the mountains of Morville. They had planned their attack but didn't expect to meet other vampires who had helped the cursed princess.
Their injured and dead ones were left by the side of the camp, with nobody to tend to them. Slowly, the people felt defeated, ready to retreat and stop the war entirely. They had thought that with Kael Valois gone, the castle only had a defenseless cursed princess, but it was getting harder to kill just one princess.
"I shall return home. There is no point. We are all dying," one of the men said, dragging his injured son along with him.
