[M 3 - Gabriel Navier vs Nirvan Ramchel]
Damn, so the guy I just knocked out will have to fight against with a stronger opponent?
I fell kinda bad for him, but there should be no problems with Concussion, Mana draining or any other problems which might jeaportise their matches.
So they have Full Potions that have the ability to drain mental fatigue to a 100% and also help with internal and external wounds.
They were quite powerful in their own right, they had the ability to Stop someone from having negative emotions like giving up and some such and at the same time heal their internal and external injuries.
That was the power of these potions. They were quite powerful.
Anyway, they still didn't help in that Orc's case as he was defeated without any effort whatsoever.
Well, that's understandable since he was in his own right quite strong but at the same time, he was nothing compared to that Fairy.
Who one sidedly took out his strongest enemy.
And so now it was My turn to fight. My objective was quite simple, I'd try surviving until the time limit goes off and it ends up in a draw.
Whenever you can't win against an opponent you'll obviously draw the match. It's human sense.
Since I didn't have to fight for the next match since, I was last. I could go all out and wouldn't have a problem with fatigue.
But, the problem was. I couldn't use my skills, not because of having low mana or getting my ace figured out
But, simply because they had a cooldown time of 1 day and if I used the skill against a man who has a high agility and Strength Stat.
It'd be hard.
So I had to try my best to draw this game.
He'd probably be wary of me and won't use his full strength and would try and use sneak attacks.
But, since My sense stat is probably stronger than his, I had confidence in discerning his power and with [Quick step] I should be able to dodge fatal Attacks.
While I was thinking of all the possible strategies I could use to Draw the match, the match had already ended.
And the winner was stated.
[Victor - Gabriel Navier]
And as expected, there was no way there would be a possible Upset.
And I was right as Gabriel won.
This is going to be a pain won't it.
[M4 - James Killer Vs Ron Kayler]
And so we both headed into the battle arena and went to our locations and stood there facing each other.
"Ready?"
The Refree questioned, to which we both nodded simultaneously.
"Begin."
And so the with the sigh of the Refree match began.
In that immediate Moment, he jumped straight towards me and as I was taken aback.
I used quickly step to make distance between us and at a hair's length I managed to avoid his dagger.
And than he charged at me, one after the other as if looking for a way to kill me, his Slashes had no hesitation as he came at me with full force.
He kept attacking me, looking for openings as I used my agility and Sense to good use and managed to get away from his Fast and precise attacks.
By the way, this guy was holding daggers on both his hands and doesn't seem to be holding back at all.
He wanted to win this round at any cost, that was written so well in him. He couldn't get over that humiliating defeat against Gabriel and wanted to charge at me with everything he had.
This Guy Gabriel was an Commenor Elf that lives in the boonies that is far away from the capital.
His entire purpose to even be here was to show to his parents that there was hope in their lives.
But, sadly before he reaches The top 40000 he'll be killed by the rampaging Orc who was Contaminated by demonic blood.
He thought he could take this demonic energy but soon perished in the hands of the Orc.
Later the Orc is taken care of by Gabriel who is the 7th son of the King of fairies, Olen.
Who will fall in Love with the MC and turn into a women, Unlike regular species.
Fairies don't have any gender, honestly while he looks like a man he's actually a mix of manly and feminine energy.
Well, he looks more like a women than a man. And, once she falls in love with the MC and joins the heroes party she truly becomes a women.
So technically that's a she rather than a He.
Anyway, and so I dodged and dodged and dodged until the time limit reached the end and it was 30 mins and the match ended.
In a draw.
While draws between competitors does happen, it isn't very common so seeing so many draws from a guy like me must irritate the spectators alot.
But I didn't care since that 1 point was quite important to survive.
I ain't foolish enough to fight battles that I won't win.
That's the entire reason a time limit was put in, for weaker species to grow and get better in this academy.
While they weren't lenient with expulsion, they did try everything they possibly could to nurture these talented people.
And that's how the match ended in a draw.
[Match 4 - Draw]
...
As I was Looking at the Orc, he was visibly different. He looked more sinister and evil looking than he did before.
Demonic aura while faint was coursing through him. People Might have realised this but it was so faint that only the people who payed close attention and knew that he was possessed by a demon know that there was something wrong.
Today I used a total of 10 Flash steps, and I was quite exhausted. I used up about 260MP and I have about 290 MP left.
With The use of the 3 skills I'll lose 123 MP, and with thevuse of another flash step and Slash. To save the elf from danger I'll lose 33 MP.
So 156 MP out of the remaining 290 was necessary, Meaning I'll have 136MP left and if I use Flash step and managed Coating 2 times each.
That'd be the end of it.
Shit I was only intending to use Flash Step 5-8 times at most but had to use it 2 extra times which makes what comes next hard to tackle.
Shit, should I just give up on this Elf?
Nooo... He'll become a future asset, with the amount of power he has at D8, he'd be unstoppable when he reaches higher ranks.
I intend to bring him into My group.
So I have to resolve myself and take the risk.
It's for the future.
