Chapter 1

Another Yizhan ff, hope it will make sense to read, please enjoy it.💕💕💕

Ever since he heard his father's last words, he released a loud sob, looking at his mother, who was wiping tears from her eyes. There was no sign that she was going to say anything. She hadn't spoken to his father either. His two siblings in the parlor remained silent as well.

He continued crying and looked at his mother, shaking, then at his grandmother, who was tapping her leg. He crawled towards her, took her hand, and pleaded, "For the sake of God, please ask them to forgive me. It's the devil's deed. Please ask them to forgive me. I don't know who did this to me..."

Grandma yanked her hand away and said, "Leave, you are the devil, Zhan. Before you embarrass us, let us embarrass you first. Why are you doing this to us? Our family is decent in the eyes of the world. Why must you spoil yourself? Do you want to shame us to this level?"

The grandmother cried and said, "God, we thank you. We only gave birth to a son; we did not give birth to his character. What are you doing to us, Zhan?"

Zhan stood up and left the living room. No one listened to him. Even his mother refused to say anything. After entering his room, he locked the door and fell on the bed, crying as if his soul was about to leave. Was this really happening to him? The way he saw the day was the same way he saw the night. He couldn't sleep for even one minute; he completely lost consciousness.

He wished all this was just a dream. He wished he could wake up from this nightmare. When morning came, he heard the doorknob of his room move. He looked at the door but had no intention of getting up to open it. Whoever was at the door got tired of knocking and left.

At 8 o'clock in the morning, he was sitting on the carpet and pulled his phone out with difficulty. He hadn't touched it since yesterday. He didn't want anything to do with the phone. His heart was even weaker. He wanted to remove the SIM card and break it into pieces.

He saw several missed calls, reaching fifty, and messages that doubled the number of calls. When he scrolled through the messages, the content was the same: "Is that you on social media, Zhan?" "Zhan, what happened to you?" "Zhan, what is happening?" "Zhan, something is wrong somewhere. Your video is all over the internet."

He exited the inbox with fresh tears in his eyes. He opened Instagram and saw the same messages, including the videos. He turned off the phone, took out the SIM card, broke it as he intended, and threw the phone on the bed. He wiped away the tears that refused to stop.

He wished to wake up and find this was just a dream. He'd been making this wish since the day before yesterday, but he was awake, which proved that everything happening to him was real. There was no such thing as a dream.

There was a knock on the door. He looked at the door, then slowly stood up, went to the door, and opened it. His mother entered the room and locked the door. Zhan followed her with a sad look until she sat on the edge of the bed. Zhan ended up kneeling on the ground and said in a cold voice, "Mama, for the sake of God, please talk to me. Don't do this to me. I may die. Please talk to Paa."

His mother let out a sigh of relief and said, "It's too late, Zhan. Since your father made the decision, you know nothing will change it. You just have to pray. It's okay to make mistakes as long as we learn from them. So please calm your mind. Everything will be alright, and no matter who did this, let us say that this is fate."

He broke down, crying. He was in a state of tension and said, "I can't marry someone I don't know, Mama. How can I? Please talk to Paa. I know I'm spoiled and not a good son..." He choked. "I... I can't marry a stranger."

His mother stood up and left the room.

Mrs. Xian went to the compound and saw her husband, Mr. Xian, sitting alone, deep in thought. She approached him and sat close, concern etched on her face, noticing he looked disturbed as well.

"Worrying is not the solution," she said. "Take care of yourself, forgive, and give peace to your soul.

Someone definitely planned this."

Paa sighed and said, "I think marrying Zhan now is not the solution, Ren, but my elder brother and mother don't understand that. For God's sake, our Zhan is just 19, and this happened. He doesn't have enough sense to start a married life. I just want to send him abroad to finish his studies there, even if it's in the UK."

Mrs. Xian, looking at him, said, "This is true, marrying Zhan is not a way out, but my advice is not to air your issues publicly. Whatever your brother did with Zhan was because of his care for the family, and Mother's heart will be hurt if you bring this up. We just wish him good luck, no matter what they did to him and say. They think Zhan humiliated the family. You know they still have an Asian mindset, with traditional norms and culture.

My only worry now is how this video of him went viral.

And i just want to know who the stranger is that is willing to marry our son."

"He is not willing," Paa replied. "I kind of begged him because who would want to marry a teenager whose image is tarnished?"

Paa made a sad face.

"Now everyone looks at our lovely son with disgust. He's like a manwhore now. I don't even want to remember the images of him in that... hotel room."

Mrs. Xian tapped his back and then left.

Paa shook his head and started sobbing.

She left him there, knowing she was right.

No one would ever offer to marry Zhan with happiness or satisfaction. Zhan was nothing but a disappointment to him. He had never thought Zhan would turn out like this. He was his favorite son, his priority among all his children. He showed his love for him clearly, as he did for his other children. But since the leak of that video, everything had changed.

He would use the advice his wife gave him...

The guard opened the gate upon hearing the horn.

Paa followed the car with his eyes as it entered the compound and parked. The person approached Paa politely, handed him a letter, and said, "Here is the recess." Paa stood up and said, "Let's go to the living room, then take my shoes and give them to the guard for polishing."

They entered the main living room, then Paa's private living room. Paa sat down and said, "Wait while I make a call. I will send for you again."

The guard was sitting with the driver. He lowered his voice and said, "Did you hear what's happening?"

The driver replied, "What's going on?"

The guard glanced around the compound before whispering, "Not long ago, Simon came and showed me something on his phone. I saw it."

The driver asked, "What did you see?"

The guard whispered in his ear, "Woah, the picture of this spoiled boy is all over the internet. The worst thing is he's all naked with huge men all over him. I saw it on Simon's phone. Didn't you see the whole house is quiet, as if we are mourning? The whole house is sad."

"Don't you have a smartphone?"

The driver looked at him carefully and asked, "Naked?"

The guard laughed and said, "Oh, my dear, he's wearing only that Gucci short, and those men are touching him everywhere, every inch of his body. I worry for Mr. Xian. It's sad because he is so worried."

The driver said, "Hey, where is Simon? I want to see the video too."

The guard replied, "Wait, let me get the phone for you." He quickly went to the worker's quarters and returned holding Simon's phone. He handed it to the driver, who clicked play on the video.

After 20 seconds, he stopped it, put the phone aside, and looked at the guard.

The guard laughed and said, "Well, brother, we all saw it. God only knows where this thing went. I also saw it on Instagram." The guard laughed again, and the driver stood up and said, "Here are the shoes. Mr. Xian said to take them for polishing." Then he went to the worker's quarters.

Zhan was lying on the edge of his bed, looking at the clock on the wall of his room. He did not let himself cry anymore, but he was so weak and couldn't remember the last time he had a full meal. No one checked on him in the house except his mother. From time to time, she would enter his room to check on him. He still didn't have the courage to go to her.

The door of the room opened, and he raised his head quickly. It was Zhu Zan Jin, one of his friends, who entered the room with a sad look on his face. He ended up next to Zhan.

Zhan didn't say anything to him.

Zan Jin calmed down and said, "Don't cause yourself any pain, my dear. Everything that happens to a person in life is fate. God has planned it. Be patient with your destiny, be patient and accept it with good faith."

Tears came to Zhan's eyes, and Zan Jin also had tears in his eyes as he said, "Please have faith for God's sake, Zhan. No matter who did this, God will not leave it like this. Have faith."

Zhan stood up, burst into tears, and said, "I feel like I'm going to kill myself, Zan Jin."

"Jesus! Don't say that again, Zhan. Everyone has their own fate in life. Take yours with good faith. May God help you overcome this test. We are here praying for you."

Zhan wiped his eyes slowly and said, "How will I mend this damage?"

Zan Jin replied, "Time will. Just continue to pray. I can't sleep these days just thinking about it. But no matter who did this, it is a blessing. God will help us."

Zhan bowed his head slowly and said, "And what about this forced marriage? My uncle told me to do it."

"What? Marriage? Just because some old man posted you half-naked? This is outdated thinking... By the way who did they ask to marry you?"

Zhan said, "I don't even know, but I am thinking of running away."

Zan Jin said, "I also thought the same thing. Don't let anyone hurt you..."

The door opened, and they all turned to look. It was his brother Zhuo, who entered the room. Zhan was shocked and almost hid behind Zan Jin.

Zhuo glared at Zan Jin, who headed for the door so fast that he stumbled.

As he was leaving, Zhuo said in a loud voice to Zhan, "Have you seen the results of following this kind of friends?"

Zhan pouted and, in a cracking voice, said, "Zan Jin is not like that. He's a g..."

Zhuo glared hard at him, "Zhan, don't make me slap you right now."

He rolled his eyes and huffed out of the room in rage. Zhan glared back at his retreating figure.

Zhan tried hard and left his room in the late evening for the first time in a few days. His whole body was weak as he made his way to his mother's part of the house. When he opened her door, he saw her sitting with his two aunts, her sisters, saying nothing.

His heart pounded loudly as he approached her. Mama!

His mother showed him the door with her finger, indicating for him to leave.

Zhan started sobbing at the door.

"Mama, please, I am so sorry. Forgive me. I swear I don't know how all this happened. I don't know who did this to me. I'm not like that," he pleaded.

"Zhan, please go. Just go and leave me alone for now," his mother said.

Zhan left, crying. He went straight to his brother's room.

When Zhuo opened the door and saw Zhan, he tried to close it. "Please, Zhuo ge, listen to me," Zhan pleaded. Zhuo glared at him, but Zhan continued. "Zhuo ge, please, I know you will understand and listen to me. I know nothing about that video. I don't know who did it, how, or where, not even the person who leaked it." Zhan was crying hard.

Zhuo scowled. "Are you drunk when it happened or what nonsense are you trying to say to me? Are you so wasted that you don't know where and when they took the video, Zhan?"

"Believe me, Zhuo ge, I don't know. I just saw it like you did," Zhan sobbed. Zhuo's brow darkened. "Zhan, I warned you to stop following those friends of yours. They are a bad influence on you, but you didn't listen to me. I even stopped you from going to those adult clubs and night parties."

"You're just different from every child in this house. Look at the disgrace you've brought to our family. You've tarnished our home's reputation. How can I face my friends who know you, my own blood, after such an act?"

Zhan, sobbing and shaking his head, said, "Please, I am sorry, Ge. I wish my life could end now just because of this. I... I regret everything, Ge." Zhuo sat at the edge of the bed, hurt, while Zhan wiped his tears away.

"Ge, I need a favor from you, please," Zhan said.

"You don't deserve any favors, Zhan," Zhuo replied.

"Please, Ge, don't let Paa marry me to a stranger. I... I will die if that happens," Zhan pleaded.

Zhuo asked, "What did your boyfriend say about the video?" Zhan lowered his head and became quiet. Zhuo snorted, "I'm asking you."

"He blocked me, Ge," Zhan whispered.

"Good, he's doing the right thing," Zhuo said.

"Ge," Zhan continued, "please talk to Grandma and Uncle. No, talk to Paa. I can't marry a stranger just like that. I refuse to do it. He can find another punishment for me, like grounding me or stopping me from going to school. I won't mind, but not this forced marriage."

Mrs. Xian entered the room, and they both turned to look at her. "Zhan, do you want to wake up the beast in your father? He hasn't said anything to you until now. Don't make him lash out at you. Just do what they want," she said.

Zhuo intervened. "No, Mama, this isn't right. For God's sake, we don't even know which stranger they're forcing Zhan to marry. Whatever he did, he still has the right to choose for himself. It's his life. They think marriage is the way out, but it's not. Zhan is still young and doesn't deserve this."

His mother said, "Whoever will marry him is not your concern. Just be quiet and don't say anything to anyone." Zhuo stared at her before standing and heading outside. She followed him and called his name. "Zhuo." He stopped but didn't turn. "Please, son, don't do anything stupid. Don't make yourself their enemy and make me one too. Your Uncle and Grandmother will not back down."

"And your father has gone to the village," she said. Zhuo widened his eyes. "The village, Mama?" he asked. She lowered her voice so Zhan couldn't hear. "Yes, the village. Do you think any responsible person will marry him after what he did?"

Worry spread across Zhuo's face. "But Mama, not the village, please," he said, feeling nauseated at the thought of a village match.

"Zhuo," his mother called his name strictly. He looked at her and saw her seriousness. He swallowed hard. "I'm giving you this serious warning. Don't do anything stupid. Do you hear me?" Zhuo nodded. She left without saying anything more.

Zhuo raised his eyes and glanced at Zhan, who was standing in the doorway all this while.

Zhan was looking at him with his big, beautiful, scared eyes. Zhuo felt sympathy toward him.
