"How was the trip, Lady Victoria?" Prince Edward questioned after Victoria was finally beside him.

"Satisfactory…" Victoria stated, offering a small smile as she noticed Prince Harry eyeing her.

"A relief, I hope my brother tried no indulgencies," he said, smiling as he followed the pathway towards the inside of the Lancaster mansion.

"Lady Victoria," Prince Harry called out once they were on the bottom-most stair towards the front door of the Lancaster mansion. They all stood—Prince Edward, the Countess, and Victoria. The rest of the family had already made their way inside the house. It had been a long day, after all.

"I should like to leave," he finally added, his face soft, his eyes on Victoria's. "Thank you for the ride, brother!" he added, as Prince Edward chuckled slightly.
