Noah stood before the first-year Class 1A.
His sharp, calculating gaze sweeping across the room.
The students, still murmuring from the unexpected and stern introduction earlier, quieted as he rapped his black staff twice against the marble floor.
"The information I've given you so far..."
Noah began, his tone cold and commanding.
"...is what every other class is being told.
No more, no less.
However, as your acting homeroom professor, I expect nothing less than perfection from each and every one of you.
No exceptions, no in-betweens."
The air grew heavy as his words sank in.
"I understand that many of you think this is beyond your abilities.
You're wrong.
If you fail, it will not only reflect poorly on you but also on me.
And I refuse to be associated with mediocrity."
He straightened his black blazer, the white gloves on his hands catching the light.
