Coincidence? no!

Sana picks up the book from the ground after Ash freaks out and throws the book on the ground.

"Throw that thing away. How in the world is this possible?" Ash was freaked out after he read a few chapters.

"We can find out that by reading this and not by throwing it away, don't you think so?" Sana was confused but still curious about the story ahead.

"I am leaving for the hostel. Bye." Sana took the book and left.

"Sana stop. Don't read that I don't think that's a good idea." Ash tried to stop her.

"But I do think it's a good idea." She turned replied and then turned again and left in a hurry.

"Why does she never listen? I am sure she is gonna mess things up real soon." Murmurs Ash and then leaves from there.

Sana reaches her hostel and runs up the stairs, she was nervous and anxious. She opens her room settles on her study table and starts reading the book from the start.

"You will get late for college, come fast. Says, Mom. I never knew she was more excited than me about 'my' college admission. Dad couldn't make it because of grandparents' health he has to leave for our hometown...." While reading this Sana was thinking that this many details being common can never be a coincidence something is definitely off. She continues reading, "I shout at Sam's cheesy behavior towards mom I clearly told him to not talk to mom. One of my seniors saw me shouting like that and gave me a look...."

"Where are you going?

I am going to my next class I said while munching on a burger.

How are we in the same class? I ask Sam."

The more Sana read the more she felt nauseated but still, she kept on reading, it was more like her eyes were glued to the book she couldn't hear what was happening around her. There were more than 12 missed calls from her roommate Tia but Sana couldn't hear a thing even though the phone was ringing just behind her.

Tia: "I don't have time to go the room right now but this girl is not taking my calls what is she doing I saw her going towards the hostel a while ago."

Tia's friend: "Maybe she is in the washroom and couldn't hear her phone ringing, you should run there and get the thing from your room we can't wait here, we need to leave. Hurry up."

Tia: "Yeah! You're right. I will be right back. Wait."

Sana is still reading the book, "I went to the auditorium met my idol in the evening show, and..."

(Chapter finished)

Tia reached the room and saw Sana on the study table and her phone was behind her on the bed.

"Why didn't you pick up your phone Sana I am calling you since forever see this." She took Sana's phone and showed her.

"Twelve plus missed calls?" Sana realized how absent-minded she was right now.

"Obviously! I am in a hurry right now and I was calling you so that I won't get late but you were way too busy in that novel. Wake up, dude." Tia was finding her belonging as soon as she found it she ran out of the room.

"I am so sorry Tia.." said Sana she felt weird for a moment. She then kept the book in her bag and didn't read the next chapter.

Sana and Ash were so creeped out to read that book because it had the exact same situations both of them have already experienced but written in a slightly different manner. This was the reason why Ash threw the book away and Sana got nervous.

After Tia left Sana felt guilty so she didn't read the story any further and started studying her class notes. Soon she was indulged in studying and forgot about the novel for some time.

The next day there was an announcement in the class group that a fresher's party will be taking place next week. As soon as the message came everyone started discussing the party.

"Finally, it is happening I was waiting for this announcement forever." Said a student

"I have already decided what to wear." Said another.

"I don't want to go there dude, loud music, crowd such a mess." Said another one.

Hearing all this Sana thought of checking if it is in the book or not. She took out the book from her bag and opened the last page she read. She turned the page and the title of the next chapter was, 'Party or a Mess'. Sana felt so creeped out that she took her phone and dialed Aditi's number which she found out last night through various means. But as she was about to touch the call option she stopped when a thought popped up. 'If every situation which happened with me is written here and if this is a different copy of my life then I can know the future through this book isn't it?' Thinking this she reads the chapter, "Hey do you know about the fresher's party happening next month?

Yeah, that announcement came today now I feel I am in college.

What will you wear? Is there any dress code?

That's not decided yet.

Oh! Is it so?

Yes.

Another student: I don't wanna go dude I don't like parties.

It's fine dude chill it's not compulsory...."

"Just stop Sana, I told you to not read that book." Ash snatched the book from Sana's hand, he went towards the dustbin and threw the book in there.

"What the hell Ash?" Sana shouted at him and everyone glanced at her.

Sana went and took the book out of the dustbin, and started cleaning it.

"Could you please stop obsessing over this shitty creepy thing?"

"This is not shitty. How can you throw this in the dustbin?"

"And how can you pick it up from a dustbin."

Sana was irritated now, she cleaned the book and kept it back in her bag.
