High above the sky, the winds howled as the clouds churned.
A small area gradually shifted against the black and red backdrop, turning into a dark purple hue.
Two powerful Conqueror's Haki forces clashed fiercely, like two colossal beasts roaring and battling for dominance over space.
Behind Doflamingo, massive strings surged upward, entwined with dark purple lightning, radiating an endless glow.
At this moment, in the eyes of everyone, the sky over Mock Town had changed, shrouded in a suffocating sense of terror.
"Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!"
Each thread behind Doflamingo resembled a tail, its tips are razor-sharp, infused with a high concentration of Armament Haki, and wrapped in intense dark purple lightning.
Conqueror's Haki Infusion! This was a shocking and awe-inspiring sight. No one had expected that Doflamingo had another trump card, unleashing the advanced technique of Conqueror's Haki Infusion.
Undoubtedly, he was far stronger than in the original story, perhaps even possessing the power to contend with the Four Emperors of the sea.
The ground of Mock Town surged with massive strings, crackling with dark purple lightning, exuding an overwhelming and tyrannical aura.
In the blink of an eye, Doflamingo soared into the sky, arriving before Arashi.
"Fufufufu!"
"The strong decide the course of victory, and the victors define justice! Power is the eternal pursuit of this world!" Doflamingo laughed wildly.
Around him, thirty-six strings infused with dark purple lightning and dense Haki surged forth, charging toward Arashi.
"You once said it yourself. Haki reigns supreme over all! Truly, an incredible power!" As he spoke, a hint of intoxication flashed across Doflamingo's face.
"Is this the ultimate power wielded by the world's strongest? Indeed, it is beyond what an ordinary person could ever imagine!" Suddenly, his eyes sharpened, his gaze turning fierce.
His mastery of Conqueror's Haki Infusion was not yet refined—it could be said that he had only just reached the threshold of control.
Mistakes and inefficiencies still plagued him. However, at this moment, he had successfully unleashed this mighty technique.
"Thirty-Six Divine Demon Bullets: Demonic Execution!"
With a roar, the thirty-six colossal strings, spanning a thousand meters like dragons soaring through the sky, suddenly tensed, instantly accelerating to an extreme speed.
"Buzz!" The very air trembled.
Arashi was surrounded from all directions, leaving no room to evade.
"You truly do surprise me!" he murmured, then suddenly grinned, a smile spreading across his face.
His right hand clenched tightly, and black and red lightning burst at that moment, illuminating the sky.
"Crack!" With that grip, space seemed to fracture, and an invisible yet ferocious force spread silently outward.
His eyes widened, and a massive phantom silhouette began to materialize behind him.
In just two breaths, the phantom expanded rapidly, merging with the clouds above and distorting the sky.
Doflamingo's pupils shrank, and his heart trembled violently.
The mere shadow of this monstrous entity was already so massive that it covered the entire Mock Town, reaching an unfathomable scale.
Heavy, majestic, ancient, boundless—these indescribable sensations flooded his Observation Haki with an overwhelming presence.
"Iron Fist" Arashi threw his punch.
Black and red lightning surged, extending for thousands of meters. A grin played on his lips, and for a moment, he seemed almost crazed.
"Galaxy Impact!" His fist swung forward, and the colossal phantom behind him, towering over the entire sky, let out a deep roar.
The clouds stretching for miles scattered in an instant under its bellowing command.
"Boom!"
A dazzling explosion of light erupted, and an invisible shockwave spread outward, colliding fiercely with the thirty-six threads.
"Crack!" Space fractured, and the thirty-six strings shattered into countless flashes of lightning, scattering into the distance.
Every stray bolt that struck the ground triggered violent tremors and explosions. The entire Mock Town trembled and quaked violently in response.
Doflamingo stood in the sky, his whole body trembling. He felt the terrifying force behind Arashi's punch when their attacks clashed.
It wasn't just Conqueror's Haki Infusion—an overwhelming raw power erupted from his very being.
"What unbelievable strength!!"
Nearly a kilometer apart, the shockwave from Arashi's punch continued for over ten seconds, making Doflamingo's coat flutter wildly and distorting his face.
He had never witnessed such raw, unrestrained power before! Ten years ago, during their first encounter, he was not even capable of perceiving Arashi's limits.
Completely unqualified. But now, ten years later, he had gained some qualification.
Yet, the sheer shock filling his heart at this moment made Doflamingo feel a hint of despair.
The man before him—his strength, his limits—were beyond measure. But soon, the madness returned to Doflamingo's blood-red eyes.
"If you represent the very peak of this world—the ultimate summit! Then let me see for myself what the view from the top looks like!"
An even stronger fighting spirit and yearning ignited within him in that instant.
His feathered coat billowed as he abandoned the assistance of his String-String Fruit, choosing instead to charge forward himself.
The sheer force of his willpower made his Conqueror's Haki surge even more powerfully.
Two breaths later, he and Arashi stood face-to-face. With a loud laugh, he threw his full-force punch.
"You want to see the view from the top?" Arashi laughed as well. "But with your current qualifications, I'm afraid you'll only glimpse it for a fleeting moment."
Doflamingo hesitated for a second before laughing wildly. "Fufufufu! Even a moment will be enough!"
That encounter ten years ago had introduced him to a world he had never been able to perceive before.
Now, he sought to climb even higher. Who could say he wouldn't one day stand at the same height if he survived?
"I can feel your burning desire! Then witness it with your own eyes!" Arashi laughed.
His body shook as black and red lightning wrapped around his right fist, infused with Armament Haki.
The sheer density and compression of his Haki made Doflamingo's heart tremble as he heard Arashi's calm voice.
"Serious Punch"
Then, Arashi threw his punch. The absolute terror of its speed made evasion impossible. In a blink, the fist was right before Doflamingo's eyes.
His pupils shrank as he raised his fist, Conqueror's Haki Infusion flaring to life.
But to his shock, it failed. His own Haki was completely suppressed, unable to activate in the face of Arashi's overwhelming force.
"Boom!" The next second, an enormous fist arrived before him. Though still dozens of meters away,
He felt a terrifying force as fierce as a tsunami and as explosive as a volcanic eruption.
In an instant, Doflamingo's world was swallowed by darkness. "Crack!" A clear sound of bones breaking echoed through his body.
His entire form hurtled downward like a cannonball, crashing heavily onto Mock Town. The impact made the entire island tremble.
Even the surrounding sea shook, sending waves rolling further into the distance.
The waters surged continuously, one after another until a small tsunami formed moments later.
The massive waves caused panic among the ships at sea.
On a small boat about ten kilometers from Mock Town, a man wearing a top hat and carrying a massive cross-shaped sword suddenly looked up.
"I can feel it—an overwhelming power!"
"Who is it?"
"I haven't seen him yet, but my blood is already boiling. This long-forgotten excitement is surging through my veins!"
His sharp eyes, akin to a hawk's, locked onto the discolored sky, sensing the boundless, terrifying aura emanating from the distance.
"In this world, aside from Whitebeard... There exists another man of such overwhelming strength!"
Muttering to himself, the man instinctively reached for the massive cross-shaped sword on his back before slowly letting go.
White candles burned with eerie green flames on his ship, resembling an open coffin—his signature coffin boat.
"I should witness this powerful warrior for myself." He spoke softly, his expression turning serious for the first time in a long while.
As the island finally settled, the people on the ground swallowed hard in fear. "That man who fell—he's one of the Seven Warlords of the Sea, Doflamingo!"
"Who is that Marine?! He's too powerful!"
"He could probably destroy the entire island!"
The terrified voices of onlookers spread throughout the town.
Among them, a Marine intelligence officer dressed in civilian clothing stood frozen, his eyes filled with shock as he gazed at the muscular Marine descending from the sky.
"Who is he? I've never seen any records of this veteran before!"
"Wait a minute...He... he looks like..." The officer stood petrified as if struck by lightning.
The towering figure before him matched a photograph he had seen years ago in a top-secret document.
Because he had accidentally glimpsed that classified file, he had been banished from Marine Headquarters and reassigned to intelligence work here.
He never expected to see this legendary figure in person: "The one sealed away in classified records, the strongest among the Four Admirals..."
"Admiral Arashi!" The officer gasped, his entire body trembling. At the same time, other forces witnessing the event burned this scene into their memory.
The defeat of Doflamingo at the hands of a mysterious Marine would undoubtedly shake the entire world if the news spread.
...
Soon, Mock Town returned to calm, but the echoes of the battle remained in everyone's hearts.
At Marine Headquarters, Marineford—"Tap! Tap! Tap! Tap!" Urgent footsteps echoed through the corridors as an anxious figure ran swiftly.
Moments later, Fleet Admiral Sengoku's office door was pushed open with force.
"F-Fleet Admiral! Urgent news!" The Marine gasped, struggling for breath.
"?" Sengoku looked up, his expression filled with curiosity.
"Following your previous orders, we have tightly controlled all information regarding Admiral Arashi, ensuring that nothing leaks."
"However, intelligence officers stationed across the Grand Line have just reported..."
"Admiral Arashi has been spotted in Mock Town. And not only that!" The Marine took a deep breath, his eyes filled with anxiety.
"He engaged in a battle with one of the Seven Warlords of the Sea, Donquixote Doflamingo!"
In an instant, the Fleet Admiral's office atmosphere turned heavy. Sengoku slowly raised his head.
"Doflamingo?" The result?" Hearing this, the Marine licked his lips nervously.
"Doflamingo suffered a crushing defeat. Intelligence officers witnessed Admiral Arashi capturing him and leaving aboard the Sandstorm, a Marine warship."
Sengoku fell silent for a moment before waving his hand.
"Understood."
The Marine hesitated, surprised by the Fleet Admiral's calm reaction.
After a brief pause, he saluted and quickly exited. The office remained silent for a long time before Sengoku sighed deeply.
"I knew keeping your return a secret wouldn't last forever. But I didn't expect it to happen this soon." After a moment of thought, Sengoku furrowed his brows.
"Attacking Doflamingo... that's unusual. Considering the intelligence we gathered ten years ago...Could it be that this Warlord was also one of the seeds you planted in the world?" His eyes flickered with sharp contemplation.
This suggested that the impact of Arashi's past actions extended far beyond what he had anticipated.
He had never truly been idle during his absence from Marine Headquarters.
The World Government had searched for Dr. Vegapunk for over a decade, yet there had been no progress.
No one knew where Arashi had hidden the brilliant scientist.
But Sengoku could infer his significance from the World Government's desperate attitude and Arashi—he seemed to understand that significance all too well.
"If my assumptions are correct...Then the next generation of Marines might become the strongest in history!" Sengoku murmured with a faint smile.
Before Arashi's return, the selection for the next Fleet Admiral had already been narrowed down to two candidates among the Admirals.
However, his return changed everything. Now, the decision seemed all but certain.
"The only obstacle..." Sengoku's eyes narrowed, flashing with determination.
"Ten years ago, I made a choice and ten years later, I can do it again!" He never lacked the courage to make difficult decisions—only the right timing and confidence.
"I don't know what he plans to do...But regarding the breakthrough we discussed earlier, it's time to act!" Sengoku's eyes gleamed sharply.
If he could complete this final mission before retiring, it would be the perfect conclusion to his career.
Aboard the Sandstorm—"Splash!" A basin of cold water was dumped onto Doflamingo's face, jolting him awake.
His blurry vision gradually cleared, and when he saw the scene before him, his pupils shrank sharply before regaining composure.
"Long time no see, Doflamingo." With a cigar hanging from his mouth and a water basin in hand, the man before him gazed down at him with an amused smirk.
"Crocodile!" Doflamingo muttered in a deep voice.
"You're one of the few in this world who dares to strike at Commander Arashi head-on. I must admit, I admire your courage."
However, Doflamingo did not feel flattered by these words. Instead, his expression darkened further.
The oppressive aura of that man was no less than that of an Emperor of the New World—perhaps even stronger.
Against such an opponent, even having a choice would be a luxury.
"He wants to see you. You should start thinking about how to organize your words next!" Crocodile's voice rang out. Doflamingo's eyes flickered,
and he fell into silence. Although he had no chains or restraints on his body, standing up still made his entire body ache, requiring all his strength.
There was no doubt that the recent battle had left him with severe injuries.
He had grown immeasurably stronger compared to ten years ago, yet he was still utterly defeated by his opponent—an overwhelming gap in strength.
He staggered to his feet with difficulty and followed behind Crocodile, heading toward the ship's bow.
The Sandora was a massive warship, ranking among the top in cabins, weaponry, and sheer size.
They walked in a line, soon arriving at the bow. Doflamingo looked forward, and one imposing figure after another entered his view.
Corazon, Buggy, Smoker, a cold and composed female swordsman, and a group of peculiar individuals, seemingly from Baroque Works.
Additionally, the person at the helm appeared to be a Fishman? Just from their auras alone, he realized this crew was no weaker than any Emperor's fleet in the New World.
"I appreciate your talent and your relentless pursuit of power."
A calm voice broke the silence, causing Doflamingo's pupils to contract as he looked solemnly at the robust figure before him.
"So, I can give you another opportunity." Arashi sat in his chair, his index finger tapping lightly on the armrest.
"Now, do you have anything to say?" Doflamingo remained silent. He knew exactly what this opportunity was.
More than ten years ago, he had walked out of the West Blue base under Arashi's orders as an undercover agent.
In the blink of an eye, he had become the King of Dressrosa and a renowned Warlord of the Sea. But at this moment, all of it,
vanished in the presence of this man. Only immense power could serve as the foundation for everything.
"I have always been the undercover agent assigned by Commander Arashi." After a long pause, Doflamingo finally grinned.
He wanted to survive. Because only by staying alive would he have endless hope and opportunities for the future.
The dead had no future. The fingers tapping on the armrest came to a halt. Arashi's gaze fell upon the man before him, and he suddenly smiled.
"I have always known. You're a smart man. So, a smart man should do what a smart man ought to do."
Doflamingo nodded silently. Until he had enough strength, he had no choice but to submit.
Interestingly, the other party seemed to genuinely appreciate him—he had let him go yet again.
Arashi no longer paid attention to Doflamingo and lowered his head to slowly flip through the stack of bounty posters Kuina had handed him.
After going through a few, he came across a wide grin beneath a straw hat. "Monkey D. Luffy."
Arashi couldn't help but chuckle. He lifted his head to look at Crocodile, his tone slightly teasing. "You lost to him?"
Crocodile's face stiffened, then he scoffed irritably, "I couldn't kill the kid, could I?!
"You do understand the ways of the world." Arashi nodded in approval. Crocodile could have easily won that battle with his true strength.
Unlike in the original timeline, he now possessed Observation Haki and Armament Haki and had further developed his Sand-Sand Fruit.
His real strength was no joke—he could now contend with Admirals. "Speaking of which, they should be on Skypiea right now, right?"
Arashi murmured. At the mention of Skypiea, Crocodile's expression shifted slightly.
"Skypiea… isn't that—? Yes, it's his territory." Arashi seemed deep in thought but showed no concern.
He continued flipping through the stack, raising an eyebrow in slight surprise.
He had saved all of Ohara, including Robin, yet she still joined the Straw Hat Pirates.
"Hmph!" Upon hearing the name, Crocodile's face instantly turned cold. "It seems like there's a story behind this."
Arashi chuckled. "I happened to find her by chance. She had escaped from Ohara. She was searching for a certain mysterious stone." Crocodile said in a low voice.
"The Poneglyphs, huh?" Arashi smiled faintly.
"Yes, the one in Alabasta contained information about Pluton. I intended to cooperate with her, but unexpectedly—That little girl actually—!!" At this point, Crocodile clenched his fists tightly.
"Perhaps she just thinks you're a villain." Arashi teased.
"Only a handful of people in this world are more righteous than me!" Crocodile retorted indignantly.
Being misunderstood as a villain insulted him, and it genuinely angered him. Arashi chuckled again, finding the situation amusing.
Then, he continued flipping through the stack.
"Eustass Kid."
"Basil Hawkins."
"X Drake."
"Roronoa Zoro."
"Urouge."
"Jewelry Bonney."
"Capone Bege."
"Scratchmen Apoo."
"Trafalgar D. Water Law."
These names belonged to this generation's Supernovas.
When he read through a few of them, Rosinante's expression changed slightly, turning serious.
"The world has gone through many interesting changes in this time. It seems like they're all quite energetic young people."
Arashi picked out these bounty posters and stacked them together with a grin. "This little guy does pique my interest."
As he spoke, he pointed at the bounty poster of the young man with the straw hat at the top.
"Straw Hat Luffy? You're interested in him?" Crocodile was taken aback.
"If you let me handle it, I could easily take him down!" Buggy declared excitedly.
He, too, had suffered from the favoritism of powerful figures, and now that his superior had shown interest, he was naturally thrilled.
Arashi understood his subordinate's enthusiasm and chuckled.
"The successor of an old friend deserves special attention!" Hearing this, Crocodile and Buggy both grinned.
They firmly believed that Commander Arashi's "special attention" would be unbearable for the Straw Hat kid.
Meanwhile, at an altitude of ten thousand meters above the sea, on Skypiea— "Who is that guy?! What kind of place have we stumbled into?! Oh no… are we going to die?!"
The Straw Hat crew stared at the golden-haired, cold-faced man floating in the air, an unspeakable fear rising from within.
"I-Is he Golden Lion Shiki?!" Nami trembled as she spoke. Out of nowhere, they had encountered their most dangerous crisis yet.
