CHAPTER 13

Alec came out of the bathroom drying his hair,he stood in front his glass window when his phone vibrated.

He picked it up and saw the message Ryan sent,he smiled then kept the phone back on the table.

Before going to bed,he stood for a little while enjoying the night view before going to bed.

Since it was Saturday,Ryan slept in.He woke up groggily when the doorbell kept going on.He walked to the door half asleep and saw in monitor that it was Noah and his manager.

He unlocked the door, nodded at them and went back to the room.

The manager looked at Noah, surprised at the fact that Ryan didn't talk to him.He went to the kitchen to get something to eat as he wasn't a stranger.

Noah went to the room and saw Ryan on the bed sleeping.He stood there for a while looking at him before saying

"I'm going on a trip for 3 days" he said.

"Hmmm" Ryan replied with his eyes closed.

"That's all you're going to say?" Noah said.

"Come back soon" Ryan added still sleepily.

Noah laughed angrily,he entered the closet to arrange the clothes he needed for the trip then walked out.

Ryan was even surprised he told him about the trip,the Noah he knows wouldn't tell him anything.If Noah thought he would forgive him easily because of this,he was mistaken.

Ryan slept till half past one, prepared breakfast for himself before going to shower.

While eating his lunch he received a call from Kelvin.

"What are you doing?" He asked.

"Eating...why?" Ryan asked.

"Are you almost done?"

"I just started"

"Okay,open the door" kelvin said.

"What..." Ryan said confused before looking at the monitor, Kelvin was there.He quickly opened the door.

Kelvin came in,took off his shoes and quickly went to the dinning.

"Hey...hey...that's my food" Ryan shouted.

"Make another one for yourself,i'm just coming from Tay's house and I'm so hungry" He said while eating Kelvin's food.

"How does that got anything to do with me ...Why didn't you eat in his place?" Ryan asked while going to the kitchen to make his.

"Tay's making me eat grass like an animal" Kelvin said.

"You mean vegetables " Ryan said.

"Whatever" Kelvin said.

"But why" Ryan said while preparing noodles for himself.

"Because I eat too much meat,we both know he just wants me to suffer" Kelvin said .

"You're exaggerating"

"Are you my friend or his?"

"Yours " Ryan quickly said.

Kelvin looked around "where's your boyfriend?"

"He went on a trip " Ryan said.

"Hmm...okay,so you're alone?" He asked.

"I thought it was obvious " Ryan said mockingly.

"Yeah....yeah...yeah mock me" Kelvin said and Ryan just laughed.

"Spend the night with me " Kelvin said Suddenly.

"Huh?" Ryan was taken aback,he looked at Kelvin weirdly.

"You.....What are you thinking about?" He pointed at Ryan "I'm not asking you to sleep with me,I'm asking you to sleep over you fool "

"Ohh....well no thanks " Ryan declined.

"Why??"

"I don't just want to...."

"You Will "

"I will not "

"Yes you will"

Ryan didn't know when he saw himself in front of Kelvin's apartment with grocery bags.

"Come in" Kelvin said after opening the door.

They walked into the house.

Ryan wasn't a stranger here,he has slept here multiple times.

They entered the kitchen to arrange the groceries in the fridge.

Ryan went upstairs to room he usually sleeps in just opposite Kelvin's own to drop his things.

While arranging Kelvin came in.

"What do you want to do today?"

"Maybe just play a game" Ryan answered.

"Okay"

They both went downstairs to play a game,they played till 8pm then Kelvin ordered takeout as it was late to cook dinner.

While eating the doorbell rang, Kelvin went to get it.

"Hey...." Kelvin said to Tay when he opened the door.

"Hey..." Tay pecked his lips as soon as he came in,"what are you eating?" He asked as soon as he got in.

"Ryan ordered takeout,he didn't order vegetables like I told him to" Kelvin said lying through his teeth.

Ryan who was thrown under the bus was dumbfounded but he still played along.

"I forgot " Ryan said while staring daggers at Kelvin.

Kelvin immediately gave him a thumbs up when Tay wasn't looking.

"What are you doing here Tay?" Kelvin asked while giving him water to drink.

"I missed you " Tay said.

Ryan gagged,he looked at them for a minute before carrying his food on his hand

"I'll be upstairs" He said.

"Why are you leaving?stay" Kelvin asked.

"I better not" Ryan walked away quickly.

Tay collected a piece of chicken from Kelvin's mouth and put it in his mouth.

"Like it?" Kelvin asked.

"Hmmm" Tay nodded "feed me" he said.

Kelvin fed him while eating his.

"Are you spending the night here?" Kelvin asked when they were done eating.

"Should I?" Tay teased.

Kelvin looked at him deeply before saying" No"

Tay laughed "okay" he pretended to leave.

When Kelvin saw that Tay was really leaving,he stood in front of him.

"I was kidding" he said pitifully

"I know" Tay said then headed upstairs.

Ryan came down when Tay was going upstairs,he gathered the trash and took it out.He stood out for a while before stretching and going back inside.

"I'm going upstairs" Kelvin told Ryan.

"Okay,I'm not sleepy yet.I'll just watch a movie before going to bed." Ryan said while sitting on the couch.

"Okay,good night " Kelvin said while heading upstairs.

Ryan watch a movie till 11pm,he turned off the TV and the lights before going upstairs.

He entered the room,took a bath before lying on the bed.

He was staring at the ceiling when his phone rang,he picked it up and saw it was Alec calling.He quickly sits up and answered the call.

"Hello .."

"Hey....were you sleeping?" Alec asked.

"No I wasn't "

"Sorry for calling this late though" He said.

"It's fine,I was awake"

"How are you?"

"I'm good,you?"

"I'm good..." There was silence for a while.

"Well... anything?" Ryan asked.

"No ....I mean yes...are you free tomorrow?"

"Oh....yeah I am" Ryan said.

"Can you accompany me tomorrow?"

"Sure" Ryan said after a while.

Alec was relieved.

"Thank God, should I come pick you up tomorrow?"

"Okay but I'm not home now,I'm in Kelvin's place." Ryan said.

"Okay,I'll be there tomorrow morning."

"Alright...see you tomorrow " Ryan said.

"See you... good night" Alec said before ending the call.

Ryan on the bed smiling brightly,he was looking forward to tomorrow.

Soon series of moans coming from Kelvin's room reached Ryan's ears,he quickly brought out his ear pods,wore them before playing music to help him fall asleep.
