CHAPTER 11

6pm in the evening,Ryan was about leaving the office when he was called to the CMO's office.

"Knock knock" Ryan knocked

"Come in" The CMO said.

Ryan walked in and stood in front of the CMO's table.

"You called for me" He said.

"Yes,I need you to go to sir Alec's company and hand this file over to him " The CMO said.

" Oh okay" Ryan said quickly,he didn't want to spend another second in the CMO's office.He picked up the file and bowed before turning to leave.

"Wait.....why the rush?" The CMO said.

"Anything else?" Ryan asked.

The CMO stood up and walked to where he was standing.

"I must say... you're really good at this job,your project idea was very creative.....is there anything else..... you are good at?" The CMO asked.

Ryan took to step back before saying "I don't know what you mean"

The CMO laughed then he held Ryan's hand.."hmmm...so soft,you really have a nice skin"

Ryan immediately removed his hand from his " what are you doing?"

He was immediately dragged and hugged by the CMO who started sniffing his neck.

"You smell so good" The CMO said.

Before Ryan could push him away,the door opened and one of his coworkers walked in.

Ryan immediately pushed the CMO away and walked out with the file.

His coworker looked between Ryan and the CMO and didn't say anything.

" What do you want?" The CMO said to the lady.

Ryan was so angry,he was so disgusted that he nearly threw up.He went to the toilet to wash his hands and face.

"Why is this happening?" He said while looking at his reflection on the mirror.

Soon after he walked out and boarded the bus heading to Alec's office.

When he got there,he was so surprised by how big the company was.He went inside and went to the reception.

"Hi....I am here to see Alec Downer" he said.

The receptionist looked at him " do you have an appointment?" she asked.

"No...I am from Windshield marketing agency,I am here to hand over a file." He said.

"Alright follow me" she said.

They got in the elevator and headed to the floor where Alec's office was but it seems he is in a meeting.

"You can sit here and wait for him" She said while pointing at the visitors couch in front of Alec's office.

"Can you help me hand over the file?..I really need to leave" He asked.

"I'm sorry but I can't do that,he will be out soon" she said before leaving.

Ryan had to sit and wait,while waiting he fell asleep.

It was 7:40 when Alec finished his meeting,he walked to his office together with his assistant when he saw Ryan sleeping on the couch.

"Go get coffee" Alec told his assistant.

Joshua nodded before leaving.

Alec bented down to look at Ryan,he was really beautiful,he didn't know how long he looked at Ryan but he couldn't get enough.

While sleeping Ryan turned to get a better position when Alec caught sight of some bruise on his neck,he brought his hand closer to Ryan's neck and carefully dragged the shirt lower and saw the bruise,the bruise on his fair skin was really was a terrible sight.

He immediately knew what that was.He didn't know why he got so angry,he lightly tapped Ryan.

"Hmmm...." Ryan immediately sat up when he saw Alec,he looked around then at his wrist watch.

"What happened?" Alec asked.

"Oh... sorry I fell asleep" Ryan said while handing over the file to him.

"I mean to your neck ...who did that to you?" He asked.

Ryan touched his neck consciously "it's nothing" he said.

Alec looked at him deeply,he held Ryan's hand and pulled him up before taking him into his office.

"Sit here" He told Ryan.

Ryan unconsciously did as he was told.

Alec went to his desk and pulled out an ointment before walking back to him.

"Take off it off" he pointed at Ryan's turtleneck.

Ryan shanked immediately "no it's fine, there's no need for that" he said.

Alec looked at him deeply.Ryan saw that there was no room for negotiation,he shyly took the turtleneck off.

" I can apply it myself" Ryan said.

"Just be quiet" Alec said while sitting beside Ryan.

When Alec touched his neck, Ryan's heartbeat suddenly increased,he started feeling so hot.He was looking everywhere but Alec's face which was close to his.

Alec applied the ointment on Ryan's neck and started massaging it softly,his skin was so soft that Alec didn't want to stop touching it.

"Don't let anyone treat you like this" Alec suddenly said breaking the silence in the room.

Ryan turned suddenly when he heard that and his face immediately got close to Alec's face.Their faces was just an inch away,they could feel each other's breath.

They were just looking at each other deeply with both their hearts beating loudly.

Alec was drawn in by Ryan's glass eyes,his hands which were on Ryan's neck touched Ryan's Adam Apple softly and Ryan took a deep breath. A knock sounded and Ryan immediately jumped from his seat and started wearing his turtleneck when Joshua walked in with the coffee.

Joshua stood looking at them confused " why is he wearing his clothes?and why is boss looking at me like I did something wrong?" He said to himself.

Alec was staring daggers at Joshua who timidly dropped the coffee on the table and went out.

After wearing his cloth, Ryan whose face was flushed couldn't look Alec in the eyes.

"I think I'll take my leave" Ryan said.

"Wait .. I'll drop you off" Alec said.

"I'll just order a ride,my phone isn't off"

"I'll drop you off,you stayed long because you waited for me, it's best I drop you off " Alec said while arranging his things.

"Okay..." Ryan said while looking at him.

Few minutes later they walked out of the office,John approached them.

"Are you going somewhere sir?" Joshua asked

"I'm leaving " Alec said.

"Huh..." Joshua was extremely shocked,Alec was a workaholic,he never leaves the office till it's almost midnight or when there's something important outside the office to do.Though Joshua was shocked,he was extremely happy,now he could go home.

"Okay sir, should I drop you off?" He asked.

"No it's fine,you can go" Alec said before entering the elevator with Ryan.

Joshua looked at the closed elevator door and bent his head "there's something going on" he said while walking back to his office.
