Looking at all these values and from his rudimentary knowledge of RPG games, Kai figures out that all the numbers adjacent to the categories were the his values. The 5 next to strength meant that his strength was a 5. He felt a little depressed thinking that he was pretty weak but then realized that he wasn't aware about what the average was and only after further testing will be find out what values were good and what weren't.

Seeing his agility as 0 made him remember about his legs and that again bummed him out. But what he couldn't figure out was next to almost all of these figures was a higher number as well. 'What is the 9 next to 5 in the strength? Is it the limit? Or a previous value? I'm so confused.'

Suddenly Kai's thoughts which felt clouded, seemed to clear up a little and it enabled him to think more clearly.

"What the heck?" he cursed. "Is this real?" he immediately looked at his status screen once again

He could see that his intelligence did go up by one point as soon as his thoughts cleared up! 'It feels real! No amount of holograph can accurately do that! What is this system!' If He could get out of the bed, he would start dancing with joy!

"Okay relax Kai. This system as absurd as it sounds seems real. And if it is then.....

Suddenly he remembered the texted shown at the beginning.

As soon as he said that he suddenly heard something

The screen suddenly shifted to the main screen and the tab [Pending Missions] started glowing. Shrugging Kai clicked on the tab and it opened.

'So according to this system, I'll get quests and rewards that can help me get my legs back?? That's incredible!!' Kai thought as he tried and failed to control the urge to scream in excitement. But before he could ponder any further, the door abruptly opened revealing Steven and Jeffrey August.

"Good morning Mr. Jones" Steven greeted professionally. His father on the other hand was full of energy. "Heya kid! Slept well?"

Kai smiled at the duo and turned to greet them. But before he could answer them however, he heard a now familiar sound
