CHAPTER 8

A splash of water on my face woke me up from my deep sleep. Opening my eyes to come face to face with the devil.

''The sleeping beauty is finally awake.''

''what?'' feeling irritated

''This is not your father's house sweetheart.''

''what did you want?''

''you stink sweetheart. Go shower. you have a lot of work to do.''

''work? again?''

'' I don't know what is going on in that little head of yours but stop wasting my time and get up. and also wear this.''

"Where are you taking me to?"

"Why did you like asking questions. It won't help you in any way but rather put you in trouble. And for your information, you are a pet to my boss, sex pet or should I say sex slave. And you are not only a pet to the boss, but you are also his cleaner. Your work is to make sure that his room is tidy and clean. So if I were you, I would not waste any more time. In this place time is money."

"See I have to make something clear to you. I am not anyone's pet. So I will advise you to stop calling me that. I can endure you calling me all sorts of names but...." Before I could say any other words, a slap landed on my cheek.

"I can see you still have some strength in you that makes you talk back to me. And don't you dare talk back at me you slut. if you dare try it again I will kill you."

"Please just do. is not that I'm alive anyway. Death is the best thing that will ever happen to me now"

"you know what? l will be your doom. I will make sure that you don't survive here. You will be a whore until you die."

"I promise you. I MIMI will survive it here. I will fight for my freedom and I will get it. You will be the first person I will bring down. And even though I don't get my freedom you will be going down with me the day I will be fighting for my freedom. "

"oh my!!! did this thing just threaten me?"

Before I could say A, she started beating me with the guard that came with her. After beating me to her satisfaction. I was dragged to the main building, to the boss condo. They pushed me inside the house which made me wobble to the ground, I moaned in pain. My body is in pain because of the beaten.

" Make sure this whole house is sparkle clean. And don't try anything stupid."

As if I can. This place is strictly guided. I can't escape unless I want to go and meet my mom earlier.

I start cleaning. sweeping and dusting. It wasn't easy for me because of the pain I was feeling all over my body. Not up to one hour after I started, the boss came in. He was on call. I tried to hide so that he would not see me but he did anyway. He dragged me out of my hiding place and pushed me to the table. I was shaking out of fear.

"I I I was cleaning"

without any response from him, he raised my clothes. I wasn't wearing any undies. They were not given to me and I don't have either. The one that I have was torn into pieces.

He entered me without any notice. I cried in pain. It was so painful to the extent that I can't breathe. He was deaf to my cries. After he released everything in his bowl in me, he pushed me with no sympathy. I fell to the ground, my legs were shaking

"get out!!!"

I gather myself and quietly leave. I can't run because of the pain.

It continued for weeks. Should I say weeks? No for months. my appearance changed. I look like a drug addict, skinny. if you look at me closely injection marks all over my body. To tell the truth, I'm broken beyond repair. Sometimes, without the injection, I will feel like I will die. I become addicted to all the drugs being used on me daily. I don't blame my body at least it has found another way to survive.

I'm in my room, sitting in Greg's arms. we are more than close. I know he has a thing for me but he won't say. He is always there for me, taking care of me when am too down.

''Greg?''

''hm''

''I think I'm pregnant again.'' the way he turns me to look at my face shows me how scared he is. I have lost more than four pregnancies due to drugs and abuse. they could not withstand the pain and drugs.

''Mimi. what are we going to do? I'm scared Mimi. I don't want to lose you.''

''The baby is leaving me Greg. my stomach hurts.'' he hugged me close to him as I wept.

''I have a plan, Mimi.''

''what plan? you know all our plan is not working.''

''this will work. Jude and Bat are planning to assassinate the boss.''

''but they are his right-hand man.''

''they want to take over. Tell it to the boss. I have the voice note.'' he gave me a flash drive. ''everything he as to know, is inside it. it will save you.''

"How will it save me?"

"I don't maybe. He will upgrade you from a sex slave to one of the guards. I don't know but I pray it work."

''how did you get it? I have been working on it since the last time you nearly bled to death in my arms. I don't want to lose you.''
