I told Adam to standby for a minute. I regenerated my arm and head back to the orphanage. On the way there, I see Eugene looking into the distance of the forest. I approach him and he takes off his mask, still looking at the forest.

A ghoul like figure is shown beneath the mask. The upper right of his face is burnt with an eye missing. I see why he wears a mask.

"My mask effect is broken, I don't know how I can the show the kids my face my liege," Eugene signing off

"I used be an noble. I spent most of my time helping feeding the children in the streets and training to be a knight. The other nobles hated it and schemed against me saying why should they feed the peasants who will die sooner or later. Acid was thrown against me and they scooped my eye out. I narrowly escaped from them and went to my estate to grab all my saving to leave. I fled and built an orphanage. Taking in the kids from the streets for them to have a sightly better life."

"Eugene."

"Yes my liege?" Eugene replied

"Close your eye," 

Closing his eye. I put my hands over his face. My blood like ability starts restoring his face back to normal.

He looked like a young handsome optimistic man after his face being restored. Eugene bend down to a nearby puddle to check out his appearance. Astonished by my abilities, he spoke,

"Thank you, my liege."

"no need, I have someone to introduce to you."

The Angel falls down from a nearby tree.

"Hey, there."

In an instant, Eugene manifests a blood sword and draws it towards the angel

"Why are you here?"

"Chill, I'm not here to fight," replied the angel. 

"Adam and Eugene, stop this instance," I demanded both kneel down 

"Yes, my liege," They spoke in unison

"Adam is our new ally, he will kill the gods who deceived him. Get along with each other."

Annoyed. Both shake hands.

"I'm sorry for trying to kill our master. Let's get along."

"Very well."

The morning sun rises. A tired young man is waiting for the little boy to wake up. The boy groans as he opens his eye.

"mmmmehhh, mister noble, what are you doing here?" The little boy spoke 

"Ah! where's my brothers and sisters?" Speaking again

"Aiden, it's me and they're resting right now," Eugene said

"So it was you who feed me everyday in the streets. It's good to know it was you all along," Aiden starts to tear up

"I'm sorry for hiding all this time," confessed Eugene

A moment of joy lightens up the rooms. The door creaks open. A white curly long haired girl steps into the room.

"Aiden, are you alright?" The white hair girl asked

"I'll leave for you guys to talk," Eugene said after reading the mood

"Feeling much better, now sis!" Aiden Exclaimed 

"Hehe, don't me that, i-instead call me your lover," the girl expressed embarrassingly

She leans in forward on the bed and gives a smooch to the cheeks.

"T-this is just a thank you for being there for all the times for me!" She spoke

"Ashlyn.." Aiden tries to reach out

Running out to the hall after the embarrassment. The boy is left touching where the kiss was left off at.

"It reminds me and my wife when we were young," I remarked

"Where is she now?" Eugene asked

"Dead," I responded 

"I'm very sorry for your loss."

"I can tell your curious, Eugene, with those eyes dying to know," I commented 

"I'm sorry,"

"I can show you what happened. But are you able to bare my backstory?" I offered

"Anything, I wish to know the backgrounds of you my liege" Eugene implored

I point my finger towards his head. Eugene collapses after a few seconds. Tears dripping on the floor.

"M-my god, for my liege to go through this hell, what a nightmarish sight. I WILL GIVE UP MY LIFE FOR YOU TO NEVER EXPERIENCE THAT PAIN AGAIN, MY LIEGE!" Eugene declaring

"Thanks for the comforting words," I smiled weakly

At the dinner table. Food is prepared by Eugene. Everyone seems to be at perfect condition. There's a total of nine kids that were originally part of the orphanage. We saved three other children, two were elf's species and one human noble that was being held for ransom. Five were lying heavily injured and the other four were at the cellars before. Everyone is digging in. Eris is being spoon fed by Ashlyn. 

"Say ahh, Eris," Ashlyn requesting Eris to open wide

Eris refusing and starts whining until I feed her.

"Mister you have cute little baby. Her eyes are so cool," Ashlyn being mesmerized. 

"Eris, do you have any saying to that?"

"meh"

"It seems like she approved"

The whole table starts joyously laughing.

After dinner, eating I head outside. The two elves went to me. One little blue eyed girl went up to me.

"Duvian and I, we are indebted to you. If you ever plan on heading to our elven kingdom, Silfus, please tell them that Florian sends her regards. Here's a pendant to verify. We're gonna depart tonight since we're suppose to attend the celestial banquet at Moon crescent city. We shall depart by sunset."

"I'll send someone to watch over you."

She hugs me for a while. Not saying a word then backs away.

"Thank you, may the spirits be with you."

The girl's briefly smiles and turns around and get's into the carriage I made. I turn around and see seven heads poking out behind a tree. They all start walking towards then they bow their heads.

"THANK YOU FOR SAVING US, MISTER!" They spoke in union 

"I was just doing what's right, no need to thank me."

"What are you doing bothering my liege?" Eugene interrupted

"It's fine."

"Ahh, kids, formerly introduce yourselves to my liege," ordered Eugene

One lion beast man stands forward. Wearing a lumberjack outfit. Tanned skin, yellow eyes and messy red hair. 

"Nice to meet ya! I'm Jack, nine years old and I wish to be the bravest warrior ever!

A fist comes knocking down his head

"Speak more politely to my liege!" Demanded Eugene

"S-Sor-."

I stop him there and pat his head.

"I hope you'll be the strongest warrior ever. Strong enough to protect your loved ones," I comforted him

"I-I will and I'll protect you!" He said blushingly while running away 

Hmph. Interesting kid.

A shy human boy steps up. Buttoned up white collar shirt with brown pants. Green eyes and bowl haircut covering his most of his face, Wearing a water droplet like earring on his left. Where have I have seen that before?

"N-nice t-t-to meet you, My names Eduardo, I turn thirteen this year ."

He bows then steps back.

Next one is a reptile beast man. In a brown ragged cloth that covers her whole body. Short black bob hairstyle and black scales around the edges of face with a wagging tail. Red eyes looking ready to smite me any moment. 

In an instance, she hugs my torso. Burrowing her face into my abs in a perverted manner. 

"Mister smells so nice and saved me from the evil knights."

She snaps out and backs off a bit and clears her throat.

"My name is Vivi, I'm twelve this year and Vivi wants to marry mister!" proposed Vivi

I pat her head.

"Maybe when you're older you will understand love. Right now master isn't in the right mind," I comforted her

Her eyes starting to be watery. 

"There there, Vivi. Don't cry. I still love you, but I'm unsure if I can show love after what has happened to me and my son and wife."

"Why is that?"

"Because they were tortured and killed. My feeling are very vague after that incident."

"I'll recover your love! Just wait for me!"

I smile faintly and she strolls away. 

Fourth and fifth one are twins. I remember them holding hands together when they were dying. One is a boy and one is a girl. Both have black long hair and eyes and very pale like a sheet of paper. Wearing identical white robes. With one of their eye having star shape pupils with red and blue. One right and one left for each of them. They speak right after one stops. 

"My name is Helios."

"My name is Selene."

"We're both ten and we will never forget your grace," They spoke in unison

The twins backed away. The sixth one has short black hair and golden eyes. Wearing ragged clothes that were torn apart

"My name is Fate I'm eight this year, thank you for saving those in need of help."

Seventh was a foxian. Purple long hair and eyes glittering with galaxies. Her ears wiggling curiously. She spoke in a happy tone.

"My name is Rhea, I'm seven and I'm happy to meet savior!"

"Little one is there something you wanna ask?" I asked

"This little one wants to be adopted by savior!" She requested

Everyone starts to butt in.

"I WANT TO TOO!"

"ME TOO!"

"ME THREE!"

Even Aiden and Ashlyn went down too. Persius came too.

"We want too!"

"Settle down, everybody. I will take you in as disciplines instead. It is similar to parenting. Will you accept," I offered

"YES!"

They all hug me, making me tumbling down on pile of autumn leaves. Eris is giggling on Eugene's arm.

These disciplines need to be taught some manners
