Jessica is really pushing me to the edge, and I despise that she's forcing my hand.

This morning, Renee had to sneak out of the house through the emergency exit just to avoid the relentless swarm of reporters crowding our front gate. My wife—my own wife—being forced into hiding because of a jealous, vindictive bitch. My blood boiled just thinking about it.

If anyone knew where Jessica was, it would be her brother. Keeping one hand on the wheel, I used the other to dial Jay's number. He picked up almost immediately.

"Bossman?" He called out. "I heard the press found your place."

That wasn't the reason I called. "Where is Jessica?" My tone was sharp, leaving no room for small talk. I had already checked the office—she wasn't there.
