SPOILT BRAT

THE NEWS REPORTS

News reporters on television reported that Mr. Corner was murdered just a few hours after the crime took place. The police suspect that the robbers are the killers. There is no concrete evidence to indicate who committed the crime or why they committed it. The police are still investigating and have not yet identified any suspects. The victim was found deceased at the scene of the crime, and a murder weapon was recovered. However, no witnesses have come forward, and no one has been charged with the crime.

Andrew was at his residence when he received the news that his father had been murdered. The news came as a complete shock to him. He could not believe that someone would want to harm his father. Andrew was overcome with grief and sadness. He could not comprehend why anyone would want to commit such an act. He was filled with anger and disbelief. He did not know what to do.

Andrew was convinced that Li Yang was responsible for his father's murder. He knew that Li Yang had a motive and believed that he had committed the crime. However, he could not prove it, and the police were not convinced either. Andrew was determined to find evidence that would prove his suspicions were correct. He believed that if he could find the right evidence, he could convince the police to reopen the investigation and charge Li Yang with the crime.

Andrew was devastated by the murder of his father. He had warned his father that Li Yang could not be trusted. He was determined to find the killer and bring him to justice. "What are you referring to, Andrew?" Melisa inquired, her voice incredulous. "What leads you to believe that Li Yang killed your father?"

Earlier today, I observed Li Yang and my father engaged in a conversation. This was the last time anyone saw them together. Their discussion concerned a business transaction, which I believe was of some importance, as it was the last time they were seen together. I am unsure of the precise nature of their discussion, but I infer that it must have been of some significance, as they spoke for a considerable length of time.

"What is the significance of this information?" Melisa asked. "What makes you believe that Li Yang killed your father?" Andrew shook his head. "I do not know," he said. "I simply do not trust him. He is a ruthless killer, and my father was one of his victims." Andrew responded, "Li Yang must have double-crossed my father. That would explain why he was killed. My father was a powerful man, and Li Yang knew that. He must have thought that if he eliminated my father, he could take over my family's business. However, he failed to anticipate that I would be able to avenge my father's death. Now, Li Yang will pay for his actions."

If Li Yang killed your father, why would he make himself the suspect? That doesn't make sense. Andrew looked at Melisa with concern. "I don't know," he replied. "But I do know that you need to pick up the broken pieces of your life and move on. You've been through a lot, and it's not easy, but it's the only way. You need to find a way to let go of the past and look to the future." Andrew was seated at the kitchen table with Melisa, his best friend from childhood. Andrew was sobbing uncontrollably. Melisa gently took his hand and said, "Andrew, you have a great many responsibilities ahead of you. You must be strong for yourself and for your family. I know this is difficult, but you are capable of overcoming it."

Andrew's voice trembled as he asked, "Did you just say my family?" The shock of what he had just heard was almost unbearable. Andrew replied to himself, "But I am the only child." He could not believe what he was hearing. "You just said my family?" He was in a state of shock. "Do you mean that I have a sibling?" "No, you do not have a sibling," Melisa said. "But I do have a family." Andrew was confused. "But I am the only child," he said. "How can that be?" Melisa responded with a smile, "We are having a baby." Andrew exclaimed, "I am going to be a father!" Unable to believe his ears, he asked, "Are you certain?" Melisa assured him, "Of course, I am certain. I would not lie to you about something like this." Andrew was speechless. Overwhelmed with joy, he could not say anything. He stood there, staring at Melisa in disbelief. Andrew's jaw dropped as he absorbed Melisa's words. "But I am an only child," he said, his voice trembling with disbelief. "How is this possible?" He was in a state of shock. "Do you mean that I have a sibling?" "No, you don't have a sibling," Melisa said. "But I do have a family." Andrew was confused. "But I am an only child," he said. "How is this possible?" Melisa responded with a smile, "We are expecting a baby." Andrew exclaimed, "I am going to be a father!" Unable to believe his ears, he asked, "Are you certain?" Melisa assured him, "Of course, I am certain. I would not lie to you about something like this." Andrew was speechless. Overwhelmed with joy, he couldn't say anything. He stood there, staring at Melisa in disbelief.

Andrew was sorrowful that his father would not be present to witness the arrival of his soon-to-be-born child. He lamented, "My father is not here to witness the arrival of my soon-coming child. He passed away a few hours ago and I miss him dearly." "It is quite all right," Melisa replied gently. "I comprehend your meaning, and I do not wish for you to be concerned. I shall not hold this against you." "Okay," Andrew replied, his demeanor now calm. Andrew's wife, Sarah, was sitting in a chair, her face streaked with tears. The couple's young daughter, Emily, walked into the room, unaware of the emotional exchange that had just taken place.
