Tala discovers she's pregnant after a brief relationship with Lowell, who unbeknownst to her is her aunt Liz's boyfriend.



When Lowell visits Liz, Tala is shocked to learn of his connection to her aunt. Liz demands Tala terminate the pregnancy, but Tala refuses, feeling a strong connection to the unborn child.
