Princess Carmella and her sister including her maid Sayee were then out in the wild. They could not go back to the palace and could not travel back to cursed sands of the desert. They rested in an open ground of grasses that led to a river. They lied flat on their backs facing the open sky. 'I forgive you' Carmella blotted out. Immediately Polami looked at her. 'Are you sure, I mean why now that we are here?' Polami asked. 'Sacrificing your life for me is enough to prove that you love me' Carmella replied. 'I thought you said if I apologized to Sayee, you would forgive me?' Polami asked. 'She told me you apologized' Carmella replied. 'When? Where?' Polami asked at once in a state of confusion. 'It was during your ceremony, I stopped her and asked where the twins were, she did not know, so I had to do what had to do' Carmella said still leaving Polami in confusion and asking more questions. 'So what did you do?' She asked. 'I asked her if you apologized, and she said yes' Carmella replied.
The rain was coming as the storm built upon the sky waiting to down pour it's wishes upon the inhabitants of the paradise. 'My princesses we need to find shelter, the rain is coming' Sayee said. 'This is the wild, there is no shelter' Carmella and Polami said. 'Or is there?' Sayee said holding a dramatic pose. After a while she the two princesses on their feet and then they started their journey.
'So where is this shelter of yours?' Carmella asked. 'Well, it's not like shelter, it's like a whole civilization' Sayee replied. 'Well it's where I came from actually before I started working in the palace by force' Sayee said. 'What do you mean, by force?' Carmella asked. 'It was years ago and I was still little, my mum went to get water from the well, when suddenly she was drowned by some-one. When I got there I was taken by masked soldiers wo kept repeating the same words 'Istika' and I wondered what it meant until I reached the palace. The King wanted to make me a wife but the queen your mother kicked against it. He was childless at the time I came to the palace. After three years you wee born, my princess, I carried you and bathed you that day' Sayee explained. Princess Carmella and Pomila were stunned.
'So about the separation of me and my sibling?' Princess Pomila asked. 'That was a secret the King made me swear that I would never expose nor let another ear inside this Kingdom hear about' Sayee replied. 'Please tell me, I am not another ear, please, I need t know where I went wrong' Princess Pomila said. There was a brief silence between the thee of them. When suddenly they heard swords chackling. 'DO you hear that?' Princess Pomila asked. After listening to the noise a while, Sayee said 'It your father's warriors' Sayee replied. 'Why is he still chasing after us, I mean, didn't he see what we did to his strongest man?' Carmella asked. 'No, father made you guys think, the chief soldier was his strongest man' Pomila said.
'What do you mean?' Sayee and Carmella asked. 'There is another man, he strikes like a snake, stings like a scorpion and feasts on one's flesh like a lion, he is the great Harazi' Polami replied them both. 'What do we do to stop him?' Carmella asked. Pomila chuckled.
The soldiers confronted Pomila, Carmella and Sayee. 'You girls should back down, surrender and live, try to fight or struggle and join your mother' The leader said. 'What did you say?' Polami asked getting boiled in anger. 'Yes you heard me Polami, if you try stopping us, you will join your mother that stupid little b**ch' the guard said. 'Call my mother a b**ch one more time, and we will see which one of us will join her' Pomila said jumping and using the speared-tipped with diamond on his head.
'Should we help?' Carmella asked. 'Nah, she can handle it' Sayee replied. They both watched her fight while eating an apple. Every time they had a chew, a soldier dropped dead. 'Oh, AH, NO' Sayee and Carmella exclaimed while they felt pity for the guards that were slain by Pomila. Suddenly, the great Harazi marched towards Polami pouncing on her, she used the spear to obstruct him from pouncing directly on her when her strength ran out she saw a spear through the head of the great Harazi. It dropped dead, she saw a boy, or was he a teen?
'Hi, I am Hetul' Hetul said offering her hand shake to Polami. 'Yeah, I am Polami' Polami replied handshaking him as well.
From a distance...
'What do you think they are talking about?' Sayee asked. 'I don not know' Carmella replied. 'Let's go find out' Sayee said as they both stood up from the tree stump they wee sitting on.
...'The one by the left is my sister, and the other is my...my...friend, yes she is definitely my friend' Pomila said, by this time Carmella and Sayee reached her side. 'Hi I am Hetul' Hetul said looking at Carmella, she blushed and turned away. 'Let's go, we do not have time, our father might send more soldiers to come after us' Polami said. 'Hetul, aren't you coming with us?' Carmella asked. Hetul had a pet, a tarantula spider that stayed on his shoulder. 'Nah, I just came out here to have fun, I be home by sun-down' he replied. 'Where is your home?' Sayee asked. 'It's not far, it's just across the river (Sayee remembered and followed him to say what he was saying) over the mountains, where the birds are restricted to fly' they said. 'Wait, you both are from the same village?' Pomila asked. 'Yes, I remember' Sayee said. 'Well that makes it easier to get home' Sayee said moving over to Pomila who was walking alone leaving Hetul and Carmella alone.
'My princess, why are you angry that Hetul followed us?' Sayee asked. 'I don't trust him' Pomila replied. 'I know meeting strangers for the first time, but you know what your mother always said 'do not judge a book by it's cover' Sayee replied. 'Ok I will give some time, but if he tries anything suspicious, I will kill him' Pomila said.
