THE OLD MAN HAWM

…'I was serious, what if he means harm towards my sister? what if he is working with my father against us?' Polami asked walking with Sayee to Old man Hawm. 'He means well, I knew him for a long time' Sayee replied. 'I just hope he does not put my sister into trouble' Polami said. 'You need to stop worrying about your sister, she is a grown woman now' Sayee said. 'A grown woman at 14, you must be kiddin' around' Polami replied. 'Even if she is 10, it still does not mean anything, she is old enough to take care of herself' Sayee replied.

'Okay, for you I will trust him but if he tries anything, I am definitely going to kill him at the spot, no explanations, no excuses, no apologies' Polami said. 'Fine, you have not even given him a chance, and you want to kill him?' Sayee asked.

'Fine, but are we almost there, my legs are getting tired' Polami said. 'Ok, my princess, I will let you rest your Royal legs till you can reach Old man Hawm' Sayee said trying to tease Polami. 'Please keep it down, I do not want anyone to know that I am a princess' Polami whispered to her. 'Fine, Polami, is that ok?' Sayee asked, definitely.

AT THE FOREST OF LOVE

…. 'You know for a guy you are pretty smart' Carmella said. 'Of course, I am the smartest of my kind' Hetul replied. 'Please stop praising yourself' Carmella said. 'Hey, I rescued you from those bum-ass soldiers' Hetul said. 'Which path do we follow?' Carmella asked as they reached a road where two foot paths met. 'Hmmm... If I am not mistaken, which I will never be, The path by the left leads to a forest which I do not know the name, and the right leads us to the back of the mountains of bones' Hetul replied. 'That means we are following the left?' Carmella asked. 'Yes, we will' Hetul replied.

On their way, Hetul saw a woman, who always came there to pluck sticks. The sticks were not mere stick as they utilized the stick in the construction of their houses, and other buildings. 'Hetul, where have you been, you mother is so worried about you and s are your sisters' The woman said. 'I know, but when you do see them, tell them that I just have this thing I need to do' Hetul replied.

'Is she the thing you need to do?' She asked using her eyes to point in Carmella's direction. 'Maybe but just tell them I gotta do this thing ok, bye' Hetul said holding Carmella's hand and running with her.

After a while of running, he paused and took a deep breath. 'Phew, that was a close call' Hetul said. 'Why did you run away from the woman like that?' Carmella asked. 'Well, it-its' pretty hard to explain' Hetul replied. 'She said your mother and sisters?' Carmella asked again. 'Yah, um, I have four sisters' Hetul replied. 'Your mother and your father?' Carmella asked. 'You see, my dad died a slave, he died when my mother was bearing me in her belly' Hetul replied. 'Sorry about that' Carmella said.

'It's fine, now let's shake off all the bad energy and go to the forest' Hetul replied. 'Yah, let's definitely do that' Carmella said, as they both held hands walking north.

OLD MAN HAWM'S PATH

Polami and Sayee rested on a rock. They were discussing and contemplating on the possible outcome of what Old Man Hawm was going to say also how to get revenge on her step-siblings. 'Where did you and Carmella go during the ceremony?' Polami asked Sayee. 'Your sister suspected the twins were up to no good, she stopped me and convinced me t help her find them and I did but we did not find them instead the guards caught us, took us to the King to be beheaded' Sayee said.

'The twins, so they were behind it?' Polami asked clearing the suspicion in her head. 'Behind what?' Sayee asked. 'During the ceremony, I felt a strange presence trying to take over me, it was dark but in the meditation realm no witch could hurt me or do any diabolic magic on me' Polami said.

'That's strange but why would they do such?' Sayee asked. 'Because they hate us so much, we are not their siblings, they do not love us, they think we are a curse and extra burden to them' Polami replied. 'My Prin.... Polami, you are not the reason of them hating you, it's just that, they do not see you as their siblings' Sayee replied. 'Yah, you're right' Polami said.

Suddenly the hoop around her hand scratched the stone making her to bleed. 'Ouch!' Polami exclaimed in pain. 'What wrong, you bleeding?' Sayee said. 'It's nothing, it happens all the time' Polami said. Sayee was feeling guilty for not telling Polami the truth about why the hoop was around her wrist.

'What's the matter?' Polami asked Sayee. 'It's nothing' Sayee replied. 'Are you sure?' Polami asked. 'Do you want to know the reason why the hoop is around your wrist?' Sayee asked. 'Yes, I mean my mum told me with time I would know the reason why the hoop was around my wrist' Polami replied.

'I know the reason why the hoop is around your wrist' Sayee said summoning courage to tell Polami the truth. 'What? All these years, I thought it was my destiny to wear the hoop' Polami replied. 'No it was never your destiny t wear the hoop, it was a curse, do you want to know your true identity, who you really are, the truth about your personality?' Sayee asked.

'Who would not want to know the truth about your personality?' Polami asked. 'Ok, you are going to know the reason but not now' Sayee replied. 'Please tell me now, I need t know why? you brought up the topic please, do not allow this curse to overwhelm me into doing something stupid, please' Polami pleaded with Sayee
