Sayee started her brief explanation on why the hoop was around Polami's wrist.
'When you were born, there was a prophecy about your powers. The saguri said that you were destined to destroy the kingdom and kill your father. Your father did not listen, he went ahead to keep you. When you were playing with Hanta many years ago, you lost control of your powers and wounded her behind her back. When the King saw this he told me to take you away from her, which is why I did what I did, I did not do it on my own terms' Sayee said.
'WH-Why?' Polami asked. 'I don't know, you were a sweet innocent child' Sayee replied. 'It all makes sense now, it all makes perfect sense why father treats me the way he does' Polami said with confirmation in her voice. 'What makes perfect sense Polami?' Sayee asked. 'My father is afraid that I would kill him one day' Polami replied almost bursting into tears.
… 'Sh, do you hear that?' Hetul asked Carmella. 'Yes, it sounded like chackling, but there is no metal…' Carmella said as immediately she turned back and saw the thousands of soldiers that chased them into the water fall earlier. 'Run!!!' Hetul exclaimed.
Carmella and Hetul ran as fast as they could, immediately they ran so fast that they met up with Sayee and Polami even past them. 'Wasn't that Carmella and Hetul that ran past us?' Sayee asked. 'I knew Hetul was up to no good' Polami replied. Sayee rolled her eyeballs and said 'Let's go find out the reason why they are running rather than knowing who is the villain and hero' Sayee replied. 'Fine' Polami said standing up and getting on the run with Sayee.
'Stop' Sayee said while running behind Carmella and Hetul. Carmella turned back and while she did stopped concentrating on where she was running she hits her leg really hard against a tree stump. 'Ouch' she exclaimed while wallowing in pain. Everybody stops running. They laid Carmella gently on a rock. Her leg got swollen. 'Easy, Easy, Easy' Hetul said.
'Why were you both running?' Sayee asked. 'There is danger' Carmella said. 'What do you mean danger?' Polami asked. 'Father's soldiers are still after us' Carmella replied. 'What?' Sayee asked. 'When did this happen?' Polami asked. 'When we went fishing' Hetul replied. 'I knew it, I knew you guys should never have gone fishing' Polami said. 'If we had not fishing, we would have not known your father's soldiers followed us' Hetul replied. 'Why did you go in the first place when you knew that they would have followed us here, know it all?' Polami asked Hetul. There was a brief silence between the two.
'I think that's enough, Prin… Polami' Sayee said. 'So she is a princess, wow, so I thought, all royalty are the same, pompous humans' Hetul said and walked away.
'Hetul, please, do not go' Carmella begged. Hetul turned half-way to glance at Carmella one more time. 'I hope you get past the soldiers safely' Hetul said and left, soon he left the scene leaving Sayee, Polami and Carmella behind. 'Why sister?' Carmella asked Polami. 'Why what?' Polami asked Carmella. 'Do not fucking pretend that you do not know what I am talking about' Carmella said. 'I am trying to protect you Carmella' Polami replied. 'Protect me from what?' Carmella asked. 'From danger' Polami replied. 'What kind of danger are you talking about?' Carmella asked.
'The world is not as beautiful as you think, we have lived inside the walls of the palace our whole life, you do not know what it means to get killed, injured or even stabbed' Polami said. Then Carmella stood up and leaped over to the same direction Hetul went. 'Where are you going Carmella?' Sayee asked. 'Going to find Hetul and bring him back and do not try stopping me or else…' Carmella replied leaving them in suspense, soon she also left the scene leaving Sayee and Polami behind.
Polami burst into tears, 'Didn't I do everything that a sister would do for her younger sister?' Polami asked Sayee. 'I think you took everything too far' Sayee replied. 'How, I love my sister very much, she is the only one I have in this life after our mum died' Polami said.
'Yes, you trying to protect her is not a bad thing but trying to over-protect her is where you went wrong' Sayee said. Polami started sobbing immediately. 'You do not need to protect her more than you already have. You have given her all the love, care and support any sibling would ever ask for, now it is time for you to let her set her own path. Being an older sister does not always mean protectiveness, it also means setting out ways to make them happy, making it possible for them to be able to live their lives to the fullest ad not dictating what they need to do all the time' Sayee closed.
'I understand but being an older sister means a lot to me even now that she is the only one that I have got' Polami said. 'Then make her feel happy, make her feel the love that you claim to have for her' Sayee replied. 'But I need to protect her because she is my sister my blood the only one that I have in this world don't' you understand?' Polami asked almost bursting into tears. 'Then act like it, I have said to you times without number but you have always proven stubborn to my advice, you need to let her spread her own wings' Sayee said like a mother giving her daughter advice on sex education. Polami stopped crying and started sobbing and then she said 'Yah, I get it, and I think I know what to do' Polami said getting up and moving the same direction that Hetul and Carmella went few seconds ago, soon Sayee followed her and they all left the scene.
