Evelyn’s POV
The training room was expansive, with high ceilings stretching endlessly upward. The walls were lined with mirrors, reflecting every movement and creating an illusion of even more space.
The floor was covered in a thick, cushioned mat that provided comfort while offering the right amount of resistance. The room was hazy, and the only thing I could focus on was the hulking shadow that stood on all fours in the center of the room.
The wolf’s eyes were bright, unnatural gold, and his growls reverberated through the room like distant thunder. Despite knowing that the beast before me was Sebastian, I couldn't help but feel an intense and primal fear. I had always heard about the formidable strength of werewolves, but facing one head-on was a whole different story. He looked bigger from where I was standing.
