Island of Dead Secrets

The yellow fog loomed over their ship, like a beast with an open maw. They all felt watched as they near the haze. Although parts of the island were visible through the fog, but too much blur stopped them from identifying anything specific.

Deathly silence reigned over the deck. Some even held their breaths, fearing the monsters below the waves would hear them.

Each and every one had their own stories, but they couldn't provide accurate descriptions. This didn't mean they weren't real. Billie knew that wasn't the case, since she saw one too.

It was only a back fin, a gigantic one. As they closed in on the yellow fog wall, the monstrous being moved across the water a few dozen meters away from their ship.
