Robbin looked at the glass of liquor on the table, pondered for a moment, picked it up, and took a sip before saying, "Guy, I remember you telling me that we had to get to the bottom of this."
"Robbin, this is about investigating the military."
"Can't the FBI investigate?"
"Of course, they can, but the outcome with these guys won't change. Everything was doomed to destruction from the moment they started that New Emerging Association. It's just that we are less involved here."
Robbin just shook his head, "An outcome is an outcome, a process is a process, procedural justice is far greater than the outcome. If I were focused on outcomes, Guy, I wouldn't have taken Thomson to the airport last time."
