Tarot Club : Gospel!

Loki looked at everyone with a smile since he could clearly see all of them adopting a serious attitude as soon as the gospels were mentioned.

Sirius was the first one to ask the question on everyone's minds, "What does the book contain?"

Mr. World nodded and turned towards Mr. Error to ask him permission to summon pages out of his imagination.

"You may." Loki said waving his hand lightly as he caused a stack of papers and pen to appear on Mr. World's side of the table.

Mr. World quickly picked up his quill and 'imagined' and projected his thoughts onto the paper, and under everyone's expectant and slightly stunned gazes, because of the beautiful handwriting, watched as he passed copies to them once he was done.

Although shocked by Mr. World's magical display, everyone looked at the first page and understood what it was-

'And index?'

A Catalogue of Chapters

The Beginning.Miraculous Birth.Childhood And Guidance Of The World. As An Angel By His Side.Adopting The Founders And Laying the Foundations For Magic.Sacrifice For Humanity.Magnanimous Rebirth.

Everyone's eyes either narrowed or widened when they read through the index. Snape was the only one that managed to restrain his emotions a little but everyone else had slightly shocked looks.

Especially when they looked at the reference to Mr. World in the book.

'Mr. World is an angel since ancient times!?'

'Has he been here since the previous epochs?'

'How many epochs has he witnessed!?'

Hermione's respect for Mr. World suddenly grew quite a bit, especially since they had all guessed Mr. World's level from his previous fight.

But now that the information was verified, they all felt a slight tremor pass through their bodies.

Everyone's respect for Mr. World's authority in the Tarot Club increased.

But along with the shock about Mr. World's status, the last chapter caught everyone's attention.

'Magnanimous Rebirth…'

Sirius looked at it with a little bit of fear.

'I mean… we knew that Mr. Error was gaining his powers slowly…'

'It's just…scary…'

For a plan to be set into place so many millennia ago and still working perfectly was slightly unnerving, to say the least.

They all opened to the pages that interested them the most as they began to examine the book with some sense of reverence while Loki waited in silence, pondering if any of his 'followers' were brave enough to give him recommendations to improve his bible.

Hermione, being the most studious of them all, began to speed read through the first chapter-

'Mr. Error is the only True God that has existed all throughout time, right from the moment when the Original Creator's body was fractured.'

'He has been present in all the errors that have existed through time and will last until the absolute end.'

Hermione frowned when she read these lines, trying to comprehend the deeper meaning vaguely hidden from plain view.

'Does this mean to say that the first True God to form out of the Original Creator's body was Mr. Error? Because of the imperfection within him that shattered him?'

'So Mr. Error is the oldest god?'

Hermione continued reading.

Sirius on the other hand, jumped straight to the chapter titled-

Adopting The Founders And Laying the Foundations For Magic.

-since he guessed that it was related to the Hogwarts Founders, some of the most mysterious people in the modern magical world and also because Salazar Slytherin was the True God of the pathway he followed.

'The first meeting between the Hogwarts Founders and Mr. Error happened under strenuous conditions. A young follower of the Error pathway was captured by and stuck in the basement of a rather mysterious Beyonder who was experimenting with the beginnings of human emotions.'

'The boy was tortured every day until he finally broke enough one day that pain stopped bothering him.'

'The boy seemed to have lost all emotions and as such the mysterious Beyonder aimed to dispose of him since he no longer served his purpose and had just become a waste of time and energy since he had to be fed otherwise.'

'The mad Beynoder brought down his axe once, but he missed and only chopped through the boy's collar bone.'

'The mad Beyonder brought down his axe once again but just as the boy was about to be killed, a previous escapee of the mad Beyonder's experiments had returned to torture and kill his captor, a Revenge Seeker.'

'The mad Beyonder and the Revenge Seeker fought each other tooth and nail. None of the other captives that watched could tell who was going to drop dead first.'

'They all wanted to interfere, kill their captor so that they would become free!'

'They had all seen what the mad Beyonder could do to another person.'

'The result, the boy who had lost all his emotions, was right there in front of all of them, right on the chopping block, loosing blood from his shoulder as he impassively watched the fight without a care in the world.'

'Without an ounce of anticipation regarding the result of victory!'

'But there was one difference between the captors and the little boy.'

'He was outside their prison while everyone else were inside their cells, locked up in darkness so deep that none could remain sane after witnessing it.'

'As such, the boy pulled of something none of them could've even hoped to do.'

'When the sword of the Revenge Seeker fell upon the sharp blade of the much-hated captor, the young boy extended his hand and as if by a miracle, the axe of the captor vanished.'

'Finally, the blood-throwing fight between the mad Beyonder and the Revenge Seeker ended after the mad Beyonder dropped dead by screaming a symphony for an entire night and day.'

'The Revenge Seeker quickly rushed towards the boy and tried saving him with what little he knew about Death and Darkness but it was too little.'

'As such, the Revenge Seeker quickly set up an altar to request divine interference!'

'Oh! Great Lord of the Mysterious!!'

'The Lord of All That Is True And Untrue!'

'The Slayer of Time and the wooer of Fate!'

'I, this simple follower of yours, ask you for a wish to be granted!'

'I ask for you to save the boy before me for he has been through the same torment that I have! I wish to share the burden of his fate! I wish for him to survive so that I can touch Death!!'

'By the power of Fireflower, I wish for you to grant my wish!'

'By the power of Beetle Grass Juice, I wish for you to grant my wish!'

'The rest was a miracle!'

'With the boy's condition already so dire that he was barely hanging by a thread, The Great Lord of the Mysterious descended into the waking world himself, leaving his divine kingdom behind to help the cry of one of his followers.'

'Blessing the boy so that his injuries could be healed, The Great Lord of the Mysterious even healed the boy's inability to feel emotions!'

'It was a miracle!'

'And it was the first miracle witnessed by the Revenge Seeker whose name was later revealed to history as Salazar Slytherin.'

Sirius's eyes widened.

His gaze flickered between Mr. Error, who was sitting impassively at the edge of the table and the papers in his hands, as he tried to impose the imposing and daunting figure at the head of the table with the kind and lovable one in his imagination.

It felt grand but incomprehensible.

But Sirius felt like the mysterious grey fog that swirled around him had also cleared a little, as if understanding this small facet of Mr. Error had given him a deeper connection to the deity he so very closely interacted with.
