Fleur was the one, however, who trembled the most visibly after she read the chapter titled-
Childhood And Guidance Of The World.
The chapter at first glance was rather simple, it talked about the adventures of Mr. World in the world alongside his growing devotion for Mr. Error because of the feats he performed for him.
It was well framed and written cleverly to explain the likes and dislikes of Mr. Error, things like the fundamental principle of equivalent exchange that he had told them about along with other similar principles.
The chapter was clearly dedicated to brainwashing most people into believing the fundamental principles of Mr. Error in a secretive manner.
But that wasn't what caught Fleur's attention the most.
No, Fleur was rather surprised because of the roles Mr. World had taken in the book.
In the beginning, Mr. World was just a simple young man who worked at a farm that had stumbled upon Mr. Error's temple because of a sudden raid by mythical creatures on his humble village, which he hid from by hiding in an old, decrepit and abandoned well.
This well, however, had a small secret pathway at its bottom, which was not visible from the top and as such, the pathway led to Mr. Error's shrine where Mr. World first became a Beyonder because of 'His' blessings and boon.
With this newfound power, Mr. World was able to stop the invasion, but it was the words Mr. Error left him with that surprised her the most.
'Fight not for what is right and wrong.'
'Fight for what you wish is your aim because there will always be those that claim you are wrong.'
Fleur couldn't understand why, but something about those words left her feeling a little tense. It felt like if used right, those words alone would have her fight for Mr. Error.
Fleur immediately activated her spirit vision to peer into the words on the paper, to try and see if there was something wrong about them or if those words were being used to manipulate her mind.
But she couldn't find anything.
So Fleur became even more silent than she already was before she started to contemplate and mumble those words over and over again in her mind. Trying to understand what about them was so gripping for her.
'Iz' it my spiritual intuition?'
Fleur felt like she locked onto something important once she realised that.
Snape on the other hand felt attracted by the chapter titled-
'Sacrifice For Humanity.'
-since he knew a thing or two about 'sacrifice'. Especially because he worked under people who had made him 'sacrifice' things he valued dearly.
The chapter was rather long so Snape only briefly skimmed over it, but his gaze paused when he reached the last paragraph.
'In the final clash between 'Her' and Mr. Error, the lives of several humans were held hostage. To the extent that if a single god moved to act against 'Her' wishes, all life on the planet would have vanished before it could have taken another breath.'
'In this dire situation where both sides were locked in a stalemate because Mr. Error had driven 'Her' into a corner because of his skill and expertise and 'She' had driven the other gods into a corner because she had taken their loved humans hostage, a delicate imbalance was needed.'
'The imbalance was needed for the fulcrum of knowledge created by the Omniscient Eye to be placed to kick 'Her' out of the planet and repair the barrier that would keep 'Her' out.'
'With nothing else possible, it was Mr. Error who sacrificed himself at this turn so that the entire planet could continue living without her 'Her' degenerative influence!'
'It was a battle that could only be won because of the well-placed sacrifice of the great Mr. Error himself.'
Snape suddenly felt a shiver run down his spine.
'This…it's just like 'Him'.'
Loki looked at Snape with a concealed gaze and almost snorted.
'How am I like 'Adam'!?'
'This isn't manipulative!'
'It's the truth!'
'At least like how Rowena and Salazar wrote it in their books!'
Loki read the thoughts rather easily now since he could continuously use the Sequence 3 Mentor of Deceit Beyonder Characteristics to deceive one's mental defences.
But Loki's book had the intended effect.
Everyone was now set on getting at least a single copy of the gospel from Mr. World since it had piqued their interest in one way or another.
Snape wanted to simply report back to Dumbledore and the Moon Goddess while Sirius wanted to spread the gospel in the Order of Phoenix.
As soon as Sirius's thoughts shifted to the Order of Phoneix, Loki's eyes imperceptibly narrowed.
'So they're reviving the Order of Phoenix.'
'I predicted that but not like this…'
''Adam' is preventing any information from spreading to Harry Potter? Why?'
'Wouldn't that make Harry only get further annoyed with 'Adam'?'
Loki had a soft confused look on his face since he didn't understand what that was about but then he glanced lightly at Snape to see if the 'loved' professor had any thoughts regarding the Order of Phoenix on him.
And a stray thought in Snape's mind automatically derailed his thoughts down a rabbit hole.
'Harry has a piece of Voldemort's soul inside his scar?'
'....?'
'So they're worried that Voldemort, now that he has advanced to a higher sequence, senses his soul inside Harry?'
'Is that why 'Adam' is worried about his plans being revealed?'
'Is that why he 'corrupted' Harry? To keep an eye on him for signs of Voldemort?'
Loki's frown deepened but he said nothing.
Hermione was the first to place her order.
"Could you give me fifty copies of the books please?"
'Huh?'
'What?'
Not just Loki but everyone was a little shocked.
'Fifty?'
There was an awkward pause, but Mr. World quickly took up Hermione on her offer, but he reminded her that this wasn't a joke and that none of the God's gospels should be wasted.
"I hope you make sure none of the gospels are treated as table setters…"
Hermione nodded fervently and Loki was almost curious enough to peek into her Body of Heart and Mind but decided against it at the last second since he wanted to surprise himself.
'She'll probably distribute it to students at school?'
'But would that be allowed?'
'What will she tell Professor McGonagall? That she's come in contact with an 'evil' god who asked her to do this or something?'
'Now that I think about it, she should be due for the next potion.'
'...I have ingredients for this potion but I should tell her to figure things out on her own the next time.'
Next was Dominic who simply acted according to the orders he had received from high command.
"I would like thirty copies please."
And this surprised Loki.
Especially when he read Dominic's thoughts.
'Laura told him to get more copies of the gospel?'
'She knew about this?'
'How!?'
'I didn't even tell anyone about this, forget her directly!?'
'And why is she acting like she favours the Error god?'
'...I should check up on her.'
"I would like twenty copies." Sirius asked while Snape remained silent for a while before he said, "I would like ten copies please."
Mr. World didn't warn Snape on purpose because he knew that Snape was likely trying to keep up his image and couldn't really sell them to his various potioneer friends across the world or Death Eaters, but Loki also had something else planned for him.
And so-
"Mr. Moon, could I make a deal with you?"
Snape was a little startled since he thought the number of books he had ordered was too low and that Mr. World was angry about that but then he calmed himself and prevented himself from jumping to conclusions.
"Would you like to discuss it privately?" Mr. World asked and Snape nodded much to the annoyed curiosity of all the other Tarot Club members, especially Sirius.
Mr. World looked at Loki and he simply waved his hand to cause a simple curtain of darkness to surround the three of them.
