Once satisfied by the secrecy, Mr. World looked at Snape and spoke in a serious tone.
"I would like to commission you to plant an item onto a rather famous Death Eater, Bellatrix Lestrange."
Hearing the nature of the request, Snape frowned since it was not an easy task. Especially when said woman hung around the Dark Lord nearly all the time she physically could.
"What do you think?" Mr. World asked with a little nervousness since doing something like this meant Snape would take on several risks-
-so Loki tried to ease some of his worries. "Please don't worry about it being tracked to you. I will use some of my credits with the Lord to grant you a Concealment blessing for the duration of the task."
Snape stared blankly at the shifting mosaic that was Mr. World's head for a few seconds before he asked a question in return-
"I will do it in exchange for a method to get into the Forgotten Land Of Gods."
It was a statement but the question was clear, was Mr. World desperate enough to part with an even more important source of information?
But Mr. World didn't appear taken aback and it seemed like he had predicted the response so he answered calmly.
"There is a way that you can go there while being able to come back. I can foot the bill of credits that might be required for you to do so at least once as long as you can make sure that the item I give you is safely planted onto the target."
Snape was surprised since he had been rejected one too many times already, so he thought about it for a while, before nodding since this seemed like something that would benefit him in the long run if he didn't have to risk himself to gain information on Voldemort through a simple deal with Mr. World.
"Alright."
After their little deal, it was Hermione who proposed a request.
"I would like for someone to help me make an item that can allow connection of various people instantaneously regardless of the distance between them. Preferably not through the spirit world, or if it is through the spirit world, I would like methods that cannot be tracked easily by anyone."
Mr. World appeared interested in what Hermione was using all this for and quickly nodded and explained, "As an artificer, I have several practical methods that could be implemented for achieving such an idea,-"
"-I even have several experimental items that I could offer at a discount. But what would you be willing to pay for it? And how many people do you need to connect with each other?"
Hermione frowned as she spoke, slightly saddened.
"I want to connect about forty to fifty people. I have a few hundred pounds saved up in muggle currency and about thirty galleons in wizarding currency-."
"-What would you prefer and how much? If that is too little, I could do with pointing me in the right direction, I could attempt to make the items myself since I've taken the basic ancient runes class at Hogwarts."
Mr. World seemed to think for a while before he nodded, "For thirty galleons I could only offer you an item that could connect about three people without letting anyone other than those three people operate the item reasonably."
"And without such protective measures?"
Mr. World looked at Hermione in silence as Loki peered at her Body of Heart and mind-
'She wants to set up an underground 'club' at Hogwarts to spread the Mr. Error religion and create believers?'
'Well my suprise didn't last very long did it now…'
-and spoke softly.
"If you are going to use the items to do anything with Mr. Error, it is better to apply these protective measures lest someone else you don't want poking their noses into the matters figure out your ideas."
Hermione shivered when Mr. World so easily guessed her intentions, but he continued nonetheless-
"If you don't care very much about such security matters there are other solutions too-"
Loki wasn't stopping Hermione from using secretive measures since he guessed that in case Hermione was caught he could write an article about an underground club at Hogwarts that was caught worshipping an evil god.
While most adults would avoid this evil god, Loki bet that there would be a few 'adventurous' people who might try to contact him.
It wasn't a well-thought-out plan and there were several holes in it like how he would get behind publishing the true honorific name of Mr. Error in the paper since all the teachers would ask him to censor it immediately, but it was a plan he could somehow envision working in the future.
"The protean charm could be a solution, but another reasonably private option if you don't want anyone else to be able to intercept the messages you might have to look into Wackspurts. They are mostly overlooked messengers in the Spirit World that can directly transmit thoughts."
"But wouldn't they be easy to track?" Hermione asked, unsure.
Mr. World shook his head.
"Nah. There are too many wackspurts around people all the time. And you wouldn't know which specific one was carrying your message so given their tiny size it would be extremely difficult to trace them in any practical way."
"Divination would also not work for a similar reason since they're too small. People can destroy several of them at once though by simply laying a trap in the general area."
"I see…" Hermione nodded, albeit a little confused, but she decided to look up the protean charm too, after all, it was better to keep options open so early for what she was planning.
With their conversation sealed, silence returned, which was broken by Fleur.
"Mr. World, if I may." Fleur asked with a polite bow directed towards the illusory puppet.
Loki looked at the girl and examined her Body of heart and mind keenly but immediately became confused.
'The words seem spiritually significant?'
'...what?'
'Why?'
In the meantime, Mr. World nodded.
"What do you want to ask me Miss Empress?"
Fleur looked straight at Mr. World, or where she assumed his eyes would be and spoke softly.
"Could you tell me who wrote this bible?"
Everyone put on strange expressions.
'Why would Miss Empress care about that?'
"I wrote it myself after compiling several sources and memories that I have had from my experiences with Mr. Error and his various blessed throughout history." Mr. World spoke.
"I see…what do I do if I feel spiritual significance to a few words in the bible?"
Everyone's eyes simultaneously widened as the words left Fleur's mouth. Some widened in confusion, but others like Sirius, Dominic and Snape's widened in a little bit of surprise.
Mr. World too remained silent for a few seconds before speaking, "One reason for such a thing happening would be because those words are a warning to yourself from your subconscious in the form of a spiritual enlightening."
Fleur nodded, "You said 'one' reason, what about the other?"
Mr. World stopped speaking then and looked straight at Mr. Error.
Finally, Loki as Mr. Error *sighed*. He interlocked his fingers and placed his chin on it while his elbows rested on the table.
"To feel spiritual significance to my words indicates one of two things."
Fleur leaned in closer as she paid attention to each of Loki's words.
"The first one, the simpler of the two would be as World said, it is a subconscious warning."
Fleur nodded, she had deduced as much, she only wondered if there was another reason, as the rest of the Tarot Club remained in silence to listen to this gossipy question.
"The second would be because someone higher up in your pathway, living still, was deeply influenced by those words and decided to include it into the spiritual knowledge of your sequence."
Fleur frowned.
She had never heard about any such thing from her family so she quickly excluded them. But that only left one other person which made her feel a slight shiver.
There was a soft silence after that where Mr. World quickly added-
"There are also a few test spells that will come included in the copies of the bible you will receive."
Everyone's eyes widened when they heard that, but before they could ask a new question or react in any way Mr. Error spoke-
"Let us depart here for now."
And with a wave of his hand, the connections were disrupted, leaving Loki alone in the endless sea of Grey Fog.
Well alone with Hermione.
Mr. Error only looked at her for a few seconds before speaking-
"Your next potion is ready, let me know when you will be ready to consume it and advance. But after that you're on your own for gathering potion ingredients. Your well-wisher doesn't want to make you dependent on him."
And before Hermione could respond, Loki unplugged her connection.
