Clinton froze.
He was so caught off-guard and overwhelmed by the wall of notifications that suddenly superimposed with his vision that he forgot himself.
In the end, only something rang in his head. ‘I did it’.
‘I did it’.
‘I f*cking did it!’ He almost screamed in joy but he calmed down because right at that moment, he felt another soft fleshy hand touch his shoulder.
‘Touch, flesh…!’
Having acclimatized to living as an undead skeleton with no flesh already, the sensation of flesh was so alien that it jolted Clinton out of his dazed state.
And then, he finally remembered where he was, what he was doing, and what situation he was in.
‘The level 5 Stone Ogre is dead’.
‘Those 2 flesh hands on my shoulder, those are human hands’.
‘I’m in danger!’
Clinton was jolted back awake and had all these thoughts in just 0.01 seconds. In that time, his brain geared into overdrive as adrenaline flooded through his bones, pushing his body into autopilot mode.
Clinton didn’t even think about his actions, he did them before he could think.
He grabbed both sturdy white bones that were now shaped to look like the tusks of a wild beast, and then he gave it a name. “Your name is Magedon, Light Slayer”.
Immediately after he said it, the miserable undead system lit up with new notifications that superimposed with his vision.

This notification confirmed something to him that had been nagging his mind for some time already after he got the notification of his crafting success.
Clinton confirmed that the 2 bones were not different weapons, but rather, they were one and the same thing.
They were the same weapon and they possessed the same passive and active skills. In a way, by crafting 1 weapon, he just got 2.
While the notification appeared, superimposing with his vision, Clinton did not stay in one place to look at it though.
There was no rule that said he must stay in one place.
Suddenly, while the humans were baffled at why the undead skeleton was acting so abnormally, before they could react, the skeleton shrugged the grasp of the 2 humans holding it before rushing towards the wall of this cave.
“Stop it!” The leader of this human warrior squad roared but it was already too late.
With the glowing red embers of his eyes shining brightly in this dark cave, Clinton drew upon all the power that were hidden in his bones.
The mental stress since, the uncertainty of when the Stone Ogre would die and if it would be enough time for him to craft his weapon, and the uncertainty of whether the crafting process would be a success, it had all been nagging at Clinton’s mind since and it left him mentally exhausted.
Grinding the sturdy bones together for so long also left his bones aching and exhausted but in a battle for survival, there was no space for exhaustion.
You stop in exhaustion, you die and Clinton was not ready to die yet.
This was why arriving before the wall of this cave; he grabbed his newly crafted weapon tighter before thrusting the sharp bone towards the wall.
His hand thrust with so much force that a mini sonic boom was induced.
And just before it hit the wall of the cave, he did it…
