The promised duel between former Governor Valen Wrenleigh and the Hero Leon Bright was set to occur at noon. Waiving his rights to a trial, the Governor aimed to have one final act to restore his honour. Either way, he was a dead man walking. Even if he won the duel, the former mercenary known as the Iron Count would be executed for his wrongdoings.
