Thud—! I lay down on my bed and closed my eyes as soon as I reached the tavern. I didn't want to think or do anything besides sleep, which was a habit I developed after the Tower.

"Gwaa!" Zenith came out of his [Pocket Dimension] and lay beside me.

Zenith was a good kid, not just because he was strong, but because he listened to me more than I thought he would. He never exited his [Pocket Dimension] in front of others unless I told him to, and he behaved when I was focused.

I wanted to make him a little treat—something besides just food—but I didn't have much time, so I decided to do that after I entered the school.

The next day passed quickly. Zenith and I ate our food after I brushed my teeth and cleaned Zenith.

I started walking to the Second Exam location since I didn't have much time left because Zenith was a little restless during cleaning.

"Pant! I'm Action. I am here to take the exam," I said, breathing heavily.
