Sylia crossed her arms, her eyes gleaming with something between amusement and assessment as she looked over the group.

The monster lay defeated, its magical essence dissipating into the air, leaving the clearing eerily quiet.

I could feel the exhaustion hanging over us, but there was also a sense of victory. We had managed to pull ourselves together, at least for the final moments.

The chaotic mess from before was now a distant memory, replaced by a quiet triumph as we stood in the aftermath of our battle.

"You did well," Sylia began, her tone sharp yet not unkind.

"But let me make one thing clear. The goal of this test was never to defeat the monster. No, it was far simpler than that." She glanced at each of us, her gaze lingering on me for a moment longer. "All you needed to do to pass... was act like a team."
