Michael's Point of View
"Congrats, guys!!" Cheers erupted from our friends as Chrisnah and I stepped off the stage, the weight of our victory still sinking in.
"Thank you, guys!" Chrisnah's voice brimmed with happiness, her laughter contagious as our friends swarmed around her, showering her with hugs and praises. She looked radiant, her joy so raw and unfiltered that it was hard to look away. There was something about her tonight—something beyond the gleam of the crown on her head.
I stood at a distance, just... staring.
It was the first time I'd seen her like this—genuinely happy. And, weirdly enough, that made me happy too.
We’d won the contest. We’d actually done it. Chrisnah and I were crowned Mr. and Ms. SCU, and it felt surreal. For both of us, this was our first time in something like this, and we somehow managed to win.
But for me, the win wasn’t the only thing messing with my head.
