I toss and turn in bed before grabbing a pillow and throwing it over my face.

The ceremony had ended and I had been trying to fall asleep for hours now but sleep seemed so out of reach for me this night.

I had kept replaying the events of the ceremony in my head; how Lucas looked at me in awe and adoration and how happy he looked when I said I wanted to complete the mating process.

Accalia had been purring at the back of my head edging to be close to our mate. The images she kept popping into my head didn't help matters either as they caused a buzzing heat between my legs coupled with sleeplessness. There was an aching below my stomach and I knew, I needed a release.

I twisted over and lay on my back as I thought of how I was going to deal with this. I wasn't on my heat so why was this happening?

Lucas said he would want us to have the Luna ceremony before he takes things further and yet, I want him so badly.
