Chapter 78 Captives (Part 1)

This time I found not only a platform, but a small ledge, wide enough to stand on, just below the trail. It was not visible from above because of the steep slope. To my great surprise, I found a sorceress on the ledge who had fallen off the path.

She had been crushed by a pile of rocks that had rolled down the slope, leaving her about waist high, giving me a good view of her long blue-black hair, attractive face with green eyes and sensual scarlet lips.

The only clothing visible was the top of a tattered maroon dress that barely covered her large breasts. Yet the woman was alive and conscious, though clearly in pain.

«Help me!» she gasped when she noticed me coming down the path.

«My partner and the prisoners are coming down now and we'll figure something out,» I replied. «A few minutes won't solve anything for you anyway.»

The sorceress obediently fell silent and covered her eyes. I began to take turns with the prisoners, fondling them in turn.

«Wow, a sorceress!» my companion rejoiced. And when he came to the woman, he sat down beside her and stroked her breasts thoughtfully. And when the woman looked at him, he continued, already addressing her. «You have a rank no lower than gold, right? Hence the water and food creation spells you possess?»

«Can you just kill me?» the sorceress asked.

«No, of course not,» my companion grinned in response. «I'll either have the priestess fix you up so you'll suffer longer, and then I'll get on with my business. Or I'll set you free and you'll come with me and my companion as a prisoner. But the second only if you will useful for us.»

«Yes, I have a gold rank and I can make food from water,» the sorceress surrendered.

«Then I'll set you free now,» my companion rose and aimed at the largest of the rocks that had piled up on the sorceress. «But if it turns out that you deceived us, I'll just kill you!»

«Wait! Why do we need the rest of the prisoners if the sorceress can create food and water...»

«That's a long explanation, and we're running out of time. Let's discuss it back at the camp, shall we?» the man replied and rolled the first stone. «For now, just keep an eye on the others to make sure none of them do anything stupid. Say, roll down... By the way, we haven't introduced ourselves yet. «My name is Tom Longshanks. What's yours?»

«Uruk,» I replied, once again deciding not to argue with the man, and began to paw the red-haired warrior thoughtfully, paying tribute to her lithe, strong body.

«What, no nickname?» marveled Tom and finally freed the sorceress from under the rocks.

Now the beauty's broken body was a pitiful sight, full of bruises and lacerations. Her arms and legs were twisted at unnatural angles.

The only clothes left were the tattered top of her dress, her purple panties, and her shoes. A few scraps of black fishnet stockings were still on the woman's legs.

«What a depressing sight,» my companion said thoughtfully as he looked at our new captive. Then he pulled the priestess from the pile of her distressed sisters and, deftly untying her hands, turned to her. «I saw you try to use the higher healing, but you didn't have time. Use it on her!»

The priestess looked at her master fearfully with her blue eyes, but was in no hurry to use her abilities.

«And if I refuse...?» the priestess started to ask in a halting voice, but fell silent screaming as Tom squeezed her buttocks with force.

«If you refuse, I'm going to have my hands full with you right now. I'll break your arms and legs, and then I'll put you to death instead of the sorceress. I'll find someone else to heal her.»

The priestess relented and placed her hands on her patient, covering her eyes. Immediately, both women were enveloped in a golden glow. The sorceress's body literally healed before their eyes, and even the arms and legs that had been twisted at an implicit angle assumed a more natural position of their own.

«Well, that's another matter,» Tom agreed, letting the remnants of the sorceress' dress go to ribbons and beginning to deftly bind the new captive. Without interrupting his work, he asked the priestess. «What rank are you and how many higher healings can you use? Otherwise it might be easier for me to leave you here...»

«Silver,» the woman swallowed fearfully, finished using the skill and slumped into the stone wall. «I can only use three higher heals a day and I only have one left!»

«All right then,» Tom grinned and bound the priestess' hands again. «We'll take you with us.»

I had to climb down again. But this was the last time - I reached the bottom and found myself in a deep but short gorge. Where I stood, it was a few dozen meters wide, with a small stream running through the bottom.
