As the figures of the poachers disappeared into the distance, a heavy silence settled over the scorched forest. The Sage Rat stood still atop the rock, his sharp eyes scanning the devastation before him. Small embers still smoldered on the dry leaves, smoke rising into the air, carrying the scent of destruction.
The Wise Crow landed beside him, his voice low and grave.
"We may have driven them away this time… but humans will not give up so easily."
The Sage Rat nodded. "I know. That's why we must prepare."
From the shadows of the forest, eyes began to emerge. Leopards, tigers, bears, eagles, and many other creatures—all filled with worry, yet also with determination. This battle was no longer a distant prophecy; it had officially begun.
An old deer stepped forward, its gentle eyes clouded with sorrow. "We cannot let this forest disappear… But fighting against humans? Can we really do it?"
The Sage Rat turned to face them, his voice firm.
"We cannot sit still and wait for extinction. If we do nothing now, everything we have fought for—peace, freedom—will become nothing more than shattered memories."
Murmurs spread through the gathered animals. A young tiger stepped forward, its claws glinting under the fire's glow. "Then what do you want us to do, Wise One?"
The Sage Rat took a deep breath. "I will seek out the strongest allies. If humans can rally their armies, then we must form one of our own."
The Wise Crow nodded in understanding. "You mean those from distant lands… those who have never taken part in our battles before?"
"Exactly" The Sage Rat replied. "We need strength from every corner of the world."
The wind picked up, carrying a chill from afar. A new journey had begun—not to seek wisdom, but to gather the warriors of nature for the war to come.
