Chapter 2: Losing her Innocence

Julie's POV:

The once silent atmosphere of the forest soon began to fill with whispers from the dozens of pack warriors that surrounded me.

I let out painful groans as I mustered whatever strength I had left inside my body to carry myself up from the ground.

My pale stone cold lips began to shiver when my gaze landed on my father who was standing tall before me with the pack warriors behind him.

His eyes were fixated on me, scanning me from head to toe but not a single word escaped his lips.

At that moment, I could not think of anything else. Tears escaped my eyes as I ran up to my dad before wrapping my arms around him.

I continued to sob uncontrollably, the events of what happened earlier replaying themselves in my mind. I placed my head on his chest, closing my eyes tightly as I felt a little safe being with my dad, away from Jayden's monstrous hands.

"Dad! I-I'm so glad you're here!" I exclaimed with relief as my entire body shivered with fright.

Dad placed his hands on my shoulder, making me open my eyes to meet his.

Before I could say another word, I winced in pain when suddenly dad pushed me away with force from his body.

I fell onto the same spot on the ground where Jayden had left me while my dad continued to glare at me with bloodshot eyes.

"You-What the hell are you doing out here? Didn't I tell you not to step your disgusting body out of the packhouse? How dare you go against my orders?!" he sneered, dusting his clothes from my touch that he regarded as dirty and impure.

"Dad, I can exp-"

"Do not ever call me that! I won't ever be the father of a f*cking wh*re like you!" Dad abruptly silenced me with his alpha tone.

I could see the anger radiating off him as if he saw his worst enemy in front of him. My torn out clothes and hickey covered neck worsening my image before him.

"Please don't say that. I-I didn't do anything." I cried out, hoping that he would listen and give me a chance to explain the truth.

"The Alpha is right , it's best that you stop lying to us. We can all see that you reek of sex." His beta, Leonard came forth as he noticed my dad was too upset to even utter another word.

My body flinched in shame and embarrassment as soon as he spoke while my face dripped with tears. It felt like a curse that my body was still emitting pheromones since it wasn't my mate who took my virginity.

"I didn't have sex with anyone, I swear. I was forced… dad, please believe me." I rushed towards dad on my knees, begging him to listen to the truth.

Some of the pack warriors shot looks of disgust right towards me while some of them gazed at me with lust but they didn't matter to me. I only hoped that for once dad would believe me… the way I knew mom would've believed me.

However, to my disappointment, as I continued to join my hands on my knees, dad grabbed me by my hair and yanked me off the ground.

"Shut the f*ck up, you wh*re! I've had enough of you. I'll teach you a lesson that you will remember all your pathetic life." he growled, spitting on my face.

"Dad! Please! It hurts!" I shrieked but he turned a deaf ear towards my suffering as he dragged me all the way towards the packhouse.

Just as we emerged out of the forest, I noticed a long table sitting outside on the grounds near the packhouse underneath the night sky.

It was being prepped with silverware and plates for the full moon feast that was about to take place.

My eyes widened with shock when my sight fell on Jayden who was sitting patiently on one of the chairs alongside his father, the Alpha King William.

Despite the pain from my father's grasp, I managed to muster some strength and screamed, "He did it!"

Hearing my outburst, dad stopped in his tracks furrowing his brows. Jayden, on the other hand, turned his head towards us and rose from his seat.

"Dad, that's him. He was the one who assaulted me in the forest." I continued pointing my finger towards Jayden whose lips thinned while three lines formed between his brows.

"What is this crazy woman talking about? I assaulted her? Why would I, the son of an Alpha King force myself to sleep with a wolfless r*nt like her?" He asked with mockery dripping out of each word. A small grin formed on his face directly towards me as gossip from everyone present filled the air.

"Call me whatever you want but that won't change the truth. You know what you did to me." I mustered whatever courage I could to confront him even though internally I was terrified of him.

My heart was pounding against my rib cage as I knew what strength he possessed but I needed dad to know the truth once and for all.

"Alright, I see what you're trying to do here. Alpha John… I didn't want to say this in public but since your so-called daughter has tried to ruin my name, I'll tell you what really happened." Jayden suddenly spoke up as he stepped further towards me with the edges of lips curved.

"I was in the forest on the hunt when I found this shameless r*nt sleeping with a bunch of rogues." he lied through his teeth while dad glared at me with dagger eyes.

"She knew I had caught her and would report it to you so she has decided to trap me into her disgusting mess." he continued while I felt my skin turn pale while sweat trickled down my back.

I couldn't believe how Jayden was able to lie so effortlessly. He knew that he stole my innocence from me and yet still decided to go a mile further to completely ruin my already broken name in the pack.

Having any sort of relationship, let alone sleeping with a rogue was against the laws of every pack.

"No! He's lying, dad! Please believe me. You can ask the pack doctor to check me. He will find Alpha Jayden's DNA in me." I quickly interrupted his streak of lies with desperation underlining each word.

"Enough!" Suddenly, a loud dominating voice enveloped the atmosphere as Alpha King William rose from his seat.

Approaching Jayden and I, his bloodshot gaze was fixated at me as I lowered my head to the ground. I never got the chance to interact with an Alpha King before in my life but it was true that their aura was intense. I couldn't bear to even look him in the eye.

"Alpha John, did you invite me to your pack for the full moon feast or to hear your daughter slander my son with such ridiculous lies?" Alpha King William barked, a look of disappointment and rage etched on his face. His hands tightened into fists while his teeth gritted against each other.

"No Alpha, I didn't-" dad tried to answer but he was immediately cut off.

"Let me make this clear to you… my son has the blood of an alpha king flowing through his veins. He wouldn't need to touch a wolfless creature like her. Performing any tests to prove his innocence would mean that you don't trust my own son whatsoever." Alpha King William stated, raising his finger at dad while tilting his head.

"You're absolutely right Alpha." dad didn't spare a second to say before yanking me close to him.

I screamed in pain as soon as I felt dad's hand land a slap across my already reddened cheek.

"There won't be any sort of test. I don't believe a word that comes out of your filthy mouth. You have always been nothing but trouble. I wished Silvia never found you and brought you into our pack. You're nothing but a shame to me and this pack." he berated me, each word jabbing at my heart.

I felt suffocated by the amount of hate that dad possessed for me. I could feel my emotions get choked up in my throat as the pain surged throughout my body.

There wasn't anything I wished more than mom to be here. I wanted to lay my head in her lap as she would embrace me in her warmth. The moon goddess was so cruel to me however that I could only see her amongst the stars in the night sky.

Even though I was surrounded by dozens of pack members, I felt alone. No one believed me. Not a single person.

"Alpha John, I want this girl punished for even daring to try and trap my son." Alpha King William demanded, not an ounce of mercy present in his orbs for me.

"Of course Alpha King William, I will deal with her myself." Dad replied instantly and casted me away into the hands of the nearby warriors.

I struggled, trying to escape their grip but not having a wolf made me extremely weak in comparison to them.

"No. She doesn't deserve anything short of death. I say we execute this r*nt." Jayden chimed in with a bright grin forming over his face.

He appeared as if he had gained total victory over me and he was instantly proved right.

Soon all the nearby pack members agreed with him and began to chant enthusiastically, "Execute her! Execute her!"
