Faisa was starting to feel stressed. She tried to assimilate the meaning behind what he just said. It didn't make sense. "Is some kind of rejection about to happen?" She thought to herself.

"When I saw the one whom the moon goddess chose, I wasn't a bit attracted to her, I least expected such a shrimp-looking person as my mate," He continued not minding the weight of his words which hit Faisa like a bomb, she shook her head. Her eyes were shaking.

"To end things, I've come to the conclusion of choosing the right one for me and not accepting the garbage that was chosen by the goddess," he added.

His words were sharp and hurt her fragile heart. "Rejection" , is that the end of it?
