Transformation: Power of the seven

It was Night, and the full moon was already up. Ethan didn't know what excuse to use so he could go far from the house to activate his power. Elena, on the other hand, always wrote to him in letters. It was as if they were already married.

An idea comes to his mind so he has to lie to Mr John that he needs to rush home and grab some items that he needs urgently but Mr John requests to give him a ride home so Ethan has to make another plan, and that is by sneaking out of the house, the window in his room was a perfect stop to sneak out of the house, so Ethan had no other option than to sneak out of the house.

Ethan stood under the tree in the centre of the ancient stone circle, his heart pounding as the moonlight filtered through the dense trees above. The air around him was electric, humming with energy that sent shivers down his spine. The moon was full, larger and brighter than he had ever seen it before. He had been waiting for this moment his whole life, even if he hadn't realized it until now.

A spirit appeared from the shadows It was a woman but Ethan couldn't look at her face because of her brightness, her eyes glowing with a strange light as she approached him, the markings of the ancient texts glowing faintly on the ground beneath her. "Ethan," she whispered, her voice barely audible over the rising wind. "The time has come. Are you ready?"

He swallowed hard, feeling the weight of the question. Ready or not, he didn't have a choice anymore. He gave a slight nod. "I am."

She raised her hands toward the sky, chanting in a language lost to time. The air thickened, and Ethan felt a pulse of energy ripple through him, powerful and disorienting. His legs nearly buckled as the ground beneath him began to vibrate, the symbols on the stones glowing brighter with each word she uttered.

Suddenly, the moonlight intensified, forming a beam that descended directly onto Ethan, surrounding him in a pillar of light. He gasped, his body seizing up as the power surged through him, filling every cell with an overwhelming force.

His skin began to tingle and burn, not with pain, but with a heat that radiated from deep within. He looked down at his arms as they began to shimmer, his veins glowing with a fiery golden hue. Then it happened an intense, searing pain shot through his chest. Ethan screamed, clutching at his heart as an ancient, fiery symbol of the mark of the Seven burned into his skin.

The mark spread out like a web, intricate patterns weaving across his chest, shoulders, and down his arms. Each line pulsed with otherworldly energy as if the very essence of the Seven was embedding itself into his being. He could feel them, each of the Seven spirits coursing through him, their collective power surging and swelling, making him stronger than he had ever imagined.

At that moment, Ethan's vision blurred as he saw flashes of the past, present, and future. Faces of the Seven appeared before him guardians, warriors, and sages, all bound by the same force he now carried. He felt their memories, their wisdom, their battles they were now a part of him.

His body transformed before his eyes. Muscles grew more defined, his wings came out, his senses sharpened, and his mind expanded. He could hear every rustle in the forest, feel the vibrations of life around him, and sense the hidden forces that had always been just beyond his grasp.

And then, the power. It wasn't just physical. The raw, untamed energy flowed through him like an unrelenting river, filling him with abilities he never thought possible. He could control the elements, bend light and shadow, and feel the pulse of the earth beneath his feet. He was connected to the cosmos as if the entire universe had chosen him as its vessel.

But with the power came the responsibility. The Mark of the Seven was not just a gift it was a burden. The fate of the Seven realms rested on his shoulders now, and every choice he made would ripple across time and space. Ethan's heart raced as the reality of his transformation sank in.

Suddenly, the light around him dimmed, but the energy remained, crackling just beneath the surface of his skin. He stood tall, breathing heavily, the mark still glowing faintly on his chest.

The woman stepped forward, her eyes wide with awe and something else fear. "You've done it," she whispered, her voice trembling. "You are now one of the Seven."

Ethan clenched his fists, feeling the power surge through him. His eyes glowed with the same fiery light as the mark on his body. He looked up at the moon, its full, silver glow now watching him in silent approval. He was no longer just Ethan.

He was the Chosen, marked by the Seven, and the world would never be the same again.

Ethan quickly took his first flight as a seven home, it was not an easy task, he stumbled but managed to get home and sleep as if nothing happened that night.
