I BELONG WITH YOU

RAIN

"Wow."

I turn, tears brimming in my eyes to look at day.

"How do I look?"

"You look," he stretches his arm and takes my hand, as he tears up. "Breathtaking. You are the most handsome bride I have ever seen."

That makes me break into a laugh mixed with crying. "Thank you."

I turn back to look at myself in the large floor-to-ceiling mirror, taking it all in. My long hair is held in a half ponytail, some strands framing my face and a flower crown is sat on top of my head, weaved in the hair.

The makeup is subtle, highlighting my features to be more prominent. My cheeks are slightly glowing, my lips a little redder and fuller, and my eyes are glimmering. I am wearing a white tux/gown that's so beautiful I feared wearing it when I first saw it.
